BHGF第四、五期“健康中国”医院管理公益交流项目顺利完成

2017年11月1日-3日，由北京华通国康公益基金会(BHGF)组织的第四、五期“健康中国”医院管理公益交流项目在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院(简称浙大二院)、浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院(简称邵逸夫医院)顺利完成。两期班学员分别由来自贵州和湖北的52位医院院长及卫生行政管理干部组成。

交流团在浙大二院得到了陈正英书记所带领团队的热情接待，并分别就“医院安全文化建设”、“联动医疗”、“医院精细化管理”、“日间手术管理”等专题进行了交流与探讨，实地参访了解放路、滨江和国际院区的三个院区。

在邵逸夫医院，刘利民书记携院领导班子出席了交流会，结合医院自身发展经验，就“创新医院管理”、“持续医疗质量改进”、“药品零加成后邵医的改革实践”、“智慧医疗实践”等主题与公益行交流团进行了深入的探讨与交流。

与会人员对北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）、浙大二院和邵逸夫医院给予的精心安排表示感谢，并对诸位讲师的授课给予了充分肯定和认可，普遍认为此次交流展现了国内一流医院的管理水平、在学科建设方面取得的成就以及对国家政策的正确解读，内容深刻实用，将在今后的工作实践中充分借鉴应用，把提升基层医疗服务做到实处。

北京华通国康公益基金会(BHGF)立项开展“健康中国”医院管理公益交流项目，旨在加强东中西部地区间医院的交流，通过实地考察、精品课程、经验分享等方式，借助国内一流大型医院在医院发展、学科建设、科研教学及人才培养等方面的成功思路和经验，提升各地公立医院发展水平，带动当地基层医院发展，促进医联体建设和分级诊疗实施，从而实现医疗资源合理利用和全民健康的目标。

The 4th and 5th Session of "Healthy Nation " Hospital Management Exchange of BHGF Program Successfully Completed

 

On 1st to 3rd November 2017, The 4th and 5th Session of "Healthy Nation" Hospital Management Exchange Program of BHGF successfully completed.  This program is jointly organized by The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Fifty-two trainees attended the programs, who are presidents and executive cadres of hospitals from Guizhou and Hubei Province.

 

The delegation received a warm welcome from the party secretary Chen Zhengying of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and his team, and they made subjects learning respectively on "Hospital Safety Culture",  "Health System Reform",“Fine Management of Hospital” and "Daytime Operation Management". Also, they visited the hospital branches of Jiefang Road, Binjiang and International one.

 

In Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, the party secretary Liu Limin attended the exchange meeting with the hospital leading group. Combining with their own development experience, they had a heated discussion and learning exchange with the delegation on the subjects of “the Hospital Innovation Management”, “Continuous improvement of medical quality”, “The Reform Practice after the Reform of Zero Margin Drug Profit”, and “Wise Information Technology of 120”.

 

Attendees expressed their thanks to BHGF and the two hospitals for their thoughtful arrangement and spoke highly of the lectures. They said this training showed us the management level of the top hospitals in China, the achievements in academic development and the correct interpretation of the national policy, which is very impressive and practical and they will use these experience for reference to practically promote the primary medical service.

 

Through a on-site visit, excellent courses and experience sharing, with the help of successful experience on hospital development, discipline construction, research & teaching and psrsonnel training of the top hospitals in China, The "Healthy Nation" Hospital Management Exchange Program carried by BHGF is aimed to strengthen the hospital exchange between the East, Middle and West region of our country, to promote the development of public hospitals, therefore drive the development of local primary hospitals, accelerate the construction of health alliance and the implementation of hierarchical medical system and realize the goal of rational utilization of medical resources and health for all.
