BHGF与洛阳市中心医院签署战略合作

2018年5月15日下午，洛阳市中心医院李亚伟院长一行到访北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF），双方进行工作洽谈并签署战略合作。

 BHGF理事长陈冉女士对李亚伟院长一行来访表示欢迎并详细介绍了公益基金会的宗旨以及开展的业务基本情况。陈冉理事长介绍到，BHGF以提供优质高效医疗为目标，促进全民健康实施公益活动，通过助力于人才培养来带动当地医疗机构的发展。一直以来，基金会坚持高端引领、合作共赢的理念，通过公益性支持搭建中国医院与国际医疗机构的交流合作平台，为国内各级医院的学科建设、人才培养、科研合作等领域提供持续性支持。

 洛阳市中心医院李亚伟院长对BHGF获取的成绩表示了高度认可。李院长表示，洛阳市中心医院一直高度注重人才培养，坚持医教研管协同发展战略，每年都将一定比例的业务收入应用于人才培养工作，努力建设高水平的大学附属医院。双方签署战略合作后，医院将借助BHGF的优质平台，有计划地培养管理人员和临床技术骨干，进一步加大人才培养和学科建设国际化的力度，提升医院核心竞争力，促进医院更快更好的发展，为实现“建设中原名院”的梦想和人民群众的健康保障作出更多努力。

 洛阳市中心医院始建于1950年，又名郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院、洛阳市第二人民医院，现在职职工2611人，开放床位2154张，是集医疗、教学、科研、预防、保健、康复、急救为一体的综合性三甲医院。

 BHGF signed strategic cooperation agreement with Luoyang Central Hospital

 On the afternoon of May 15th, 2018, Li Yawei, president of Luoyang Central Hospital with a line of people visited Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) and the two sides held working talks and signed strategic cooperation agreement.

 Ms Chen Ran, chairman of BHGF, extended her welcome to the delegation and she introduced the BHGF’s purpose and the basic situation of the programs in detail.She also said that BHGF aims to provide high-quality and efficient medical treatment and implements public benefit activities to promote the national health and the development of local medical institutions by helping them with talent cultivate.The foundation always adheres the concept of high-end leading and cooperation and mutual benefits, builds up platform of exchange and cooperation between Chinese hospitals and international medical institutions through commonweal support and provides continuous support and assistance for domestic hospitals of all levels in areas such as discipline construction,talent cultivation,scientific research cooperation etc.

 President Li Yawei highly recognized BHGF’s achievements. He said Luoyang Central Hospital attached great importance to talent cultivation, adhered to the strategy of mutual development of treatment, teaching, research and management and a certain percentage of revenue was spent on talent cultivation, aiming to build up a high-level university affiliated hospital. After the two sides signed the strategic cooperation agreement, the hospital would rely on BHGF’s high-quality platform and cultivate management cadres and clinical technology backbones in a planned way to enhance the hospital’s core competitiveness and promote better and faster development of the hospital,and make more efforts for achieving the dream of building up a well-known hospital in the central plains and for the people's health security.

 Luoyang Central Hospital, also known as Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University, the Second People's Hospital of Luoyang, was founded in 1950 with existing staff of 2611 people and 2154 open beds. It’s a comprehensive third-senior hospital with medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care, rehabilitation and first aid.
