BHGF与青海省人民医院签署战略合作

2018年5月5日上午，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长一行到访青海省人民医院并签署战略合作。青海省卫生计生委副主任王虎、科教外联处处长王洪，青海省人民医院党委书记、院长吴世政，副院长赵生秀、汪晓泊、胡全忠、张虎及相关医院领导、科主任、护士长及往期学员代表出席签约仪式。

 青海省人民医院吴世政院长对陈冉理事长一行来访表示欢迎，并在致辞中表示，自2016年以来医院已通过BHGF搭建的高端交流平台先后选派了67名中层管理人员、学科带头人、技术骨干赴美国、英国、意大利、爱尔兰及台湾地区等知名医疗机构研修，他们学成归来并在院周会上给全院中层干部分享了在海外医院见闻和学到的海外先进管理经验、理念、技术和学习成果，反响热烈，在全院营造出了积极向上的学习氛围。同时在他们的积极影响和带动下，医院在科室管理、医疗质量和学科建设等方面均步上了一个新高度，取得了新成绩。此次战略合作协议的签署，是青海省人民医院乃至青海省医疗界人才培养的一件幸事，更是高原百姓的健康福祉，标志着青海省人民医院的人才培养正式进入了国际化的新时代。

 BHGF陈冉理事长表示，青海省人民医院是一家既有革命历史红色基因的医院，又是一家服务当地并在全国许多学科领域取得领先的高水平医院。医院领导班子拥有国际化视野和扎根基层的理念，在医院管理、文化建设和整体发展方面国内领先，独树一帜的高原医学临床研究走在了国际前沿。医院不以地域、归属和性质为限定，不仅服务青海人民，成为当地患者的诊疗地，而且辐射周边地区，为国家做出了贡献。此次合作，公益基金会将在医院人才培养、学科建设、科研合作、学术交流等方面给予更多的支持和帮助，助力医院的内涵提升。

 青海省卫生计生委王虎副主任在讲话中表示，此次战略合作的签署是标志着青海省人民医院在人才培养、学科建设等方面走上了国际化轨道，为青海省医疗行业的人才培养开辟了一条新路，探索出一个新方式，也为青海省其他医疗机构的人才培养途径起到一个示范引导作用，不断提升人才培养的力度和学科建设的水平。医疗人才队伍的整体素质和服务理念提升，将有助于缓解青海省各族群众“看病难、看病远”的问题，为高原各族百姓的健康保驾护航，助力“健康青海”建设。

 会后，吴世政院长陪同陈冉理事长到普外科、产科温馨病房、洁净手术部，重症医学科、医学检验科、静脉用药调配中心PIVAS等部门进行了实地参访。

 青海省人民医院始建于1927年，现有职工2609人，规划床位2600张，是祖国青藏高原上成立时间早、建设规模大、综合实力强，集医疗、教学、科研、保健、康复和急救为一体的省级大型三级甲等综合性医院。

BHGF Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital

On the morning of May 5th, 2018, Ms Chen Ran, chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) visited Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital and the two sides signed strategic cooperation agreement.Wang Hu,deputy director of Qinghai Province Health and Family Planning Commission,Wang Hong, exterior communication division of science and education chief, Wu Shizheng,secretary of the party committee and president of Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital, vice president Wang Xiaobo, Zhao Shengxiu, Hu Quanzhong, Zhang Hu and related leaders of the hospital, directors of the division, head nurses and former student representatives attended the signing ceremony.

 President Wu Shizheng extended his welcome to chairman Chen Ran and the delegation. He said in his speech that since 2016 , the hospital has assigned 67 people of middle management cadres,academic leader, technical backbones to well-known medical institutions in America, the UK, Italy, Ireland and Taiwan for study through high-end communication platform which BHGF has set up. They came back and shared the advanced management experience, conceps, technologies they learnt from overseas medical institutions, which received enthusiastic response, and  create a positive learning atmosphere. At the same time, under their positive influence and leading, the hospital has reached a new height and made new achievements in department management, quality of medical care and discipline construction. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement is lucky for talent cultivation of Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital and for the health and well-being of the people on the plateau, which marks that talent cultivation of Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital officially enters a new era of internationalization.

 Chen Ran, chairman of BHGF, said Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital is a high-level hospital with revolutionary history and serves the local people and takes the lead in many subject areas in China.  With the international vision and the concept of rooting in grass roots of the leading group of the hospital, it leads the hospital management, culture construction and the integral development in China, with its unique clinical research of plateau medicine on the international front. Not limited by its region, belonging and nature,the hospital not only serves the people of Qinghai and becomes the ultimate clinical destination for the local patients, but also serves patients of surrounding areas and contributes to the country. After the signing of cooperation agreement, the foundation will provide more support and assistance on talent cultivation, discipline construction, scientific research cooperation, academic exchange and other aspects of the hospital and contribute to the enhancing of connotation of the hospital.

 Wang Hu,deputy director of Qinghai Province Health and Family Planning Commission, said in his speech that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement marked the internationalization of the hospital in aspects of talent cultivation, discipline construction etc, and it opened a new road for talent cultivation in the medical industry of Qinghai province and explored a new way. It also plays a role of demonstration and guidance for the way of talent cultivation of other medical institutions in Qinghai province and continuously enhances strengthen of talent cultivation and the level of discipline construction.The improvement of overall quality and service concept of the medical talent team will help to alleviate the problem of "difficult to see a doctor, far to see a doctor" for the people of all nationalities in Qinghai province, escort the health of the people of all nationalities on the plateau and contribute to the construction of "Healthy Qinghai”.

 After the meeting, in the company of president Wu Shizheng, the delegation visited the general surgery department, warm maternity ward, clean operating department, department of critical care medicine, medical laboratory department,Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS) and other departments onsite.

 Qinghai Province People's Hospital, with existing staff of 2609 people and 2600 planning beds, was founded in 1927. It’s the oldest large provincial comprehensive third-senior hospital of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, health care, rehabilitation and first aid on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with the largest scale of construction and strongest comprehensive strength.
