BHGF与陕西省三二〇一医院签署战略合作

2018年5月3日上午，陕西省三二〇一医院院长杨斌辉、书记李煜庆、院办主任王盛、心胸外科主任王勇、医教部部长常晓波等一行到访北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF），双方进行工作洽谈并签署战略合作。

 BHGF理事长陈冉女士介绍，BHGF以提供优质高效医疗为目标，促进全民健康实施公益活动，通过强化医疗人才培养来促进中国医疗卫生事业的发展。BHGF所开展项目已涵盖卫生管理干部、学科带头人、医护专业技术人员等多层级的人才培养，并邀请国外知名医学专家到中国交流访问，为国内各级医院提供持续性的帮助和支持。此次签约，将让公益事业更好的助力于西部卫生事业发展。

 三二〇一医院杨斌辉院长表示，医院正在为建设成学习型、研究型医院而努力。与BHGF签署战略合作后，医院将充分利用BHGF在医疗领域的优质平台，选拔专业骨干人员和管理干部到海外知名医疗机构研修，学习国际先进管理经验和先进技术，推动医院的学科建设和人才培养，进一步提高诊疗技术和管理水平。

 三二〇一医院创建于1967年，位于陕西省汉中市，隶属于中航工业集团，目前在职员工1600余人，开放床位1200余张，是陕南地区的现代化综合性三级甲等医院，也是陕西省卫生计生委直管医院、西安交通大学医学院附属医院。

BHGF signed strategic cooperation agreement with San Er Ling Yi Hospital

On the morning of May 3rd, 2018, Yang Binhui, president of San Er Ling Yi Hospital with a line of people：secretary Li Yuqing, Wang Sheng, director of executive office and Wang Yong, director of cardiothoracic surgery department and Chang Xiaobo,medical teaching department,etc visited Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) and the two sides held working talks and signed strategic cooperation agreement.

 Ms Chen Ran,chairman of BHGF,introduced that BHGF aims at providing high-quality and efficient medical and health services, implementing public benefit activities to promote the national health,and promoting the development of medical and health services in China through strengthening medical talent cultivation. She also said the projects of the foundation have covered multi-level talent cultivation including medical management cadres, academic leaders, doctors and nurses with professional skills etc , and they also invite well-known foreign medical experts to visit China for exchange to provide continuous support and assistance for domestic hospitals of all levels. The signing of the agreement will make public benefit activities better contribute to the development of medical and health services in the west area.

 Yang Binhui, president of San Er Ling Yi Hospital, said that the hospital is making efforts to build up a learning-based and research hospital. After signing strategic cooperation agreement with BHGF, the hospital will make full use of BHGF’s high-quality platform in the healthcare field and select backbones of professional and management cadres to go to well-known medical institutions overseas to learn international advanced management experience and technologies to promote the hospital’s discipline construction and talent cultivation, further to improve the level of treatment technology the management.

 San Er Ling Yi Hospital,which is located in Hanzhong city,Shaanxi province,was founded in 1967 with existing staff of more than 1600 people and over 1200 open beds.The hospital belongs to Aviation Industry Corporation of China,Ltd,it’s a modernized comprehensive third-senior hospital in southern Shaanxi.It’s also under the management of Shaanxi Health and Family Planning Commission and it’s a affiliated hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University Health Science Center.
