BHGF与浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院签署战略合作

2018年9月6日下午，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）理事长陈冉女士一行到访浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院并签署战略合作协议。邵逸夫医院院长蔡秀军，党委书记、副院长刘利民，副院长俞云宋，党委副书记李强，副院长潘宏铭，党委副书记、纪委书记丁国庆，总会计师罗红芬及医院相关职能科室负责人等出席了签署仪式。

邵逸夫医院蔡秀军院长对陈冉理事长一行的到来表示欢迎，并对医院的基本情况和发展历史作了简要介绍。蔡院长充分肯定了BHGF在帮助国内医护工作者出国交流和学习方面取得的成就，认为本次战略合作协议的签署具有重大意义。希望借助BHGF的公益性国际合作平台，助力于医院的国际化发展和人才梯队培养，推动医院与国外知名医疗机构的交流活动。

北京华通国康公益基金会陈冉理事长介绍到，BHGF以提供优质高效医疗为目标，促进全民健康实施公益活动，通过强化医疗人才培养来促进中国医疗卫生事业的发展。所开展的项目已涵盖卫生管理干部、学科带头人、医护专业技术人员等多层级的人才培养，并邀请国外知名医学专家到中国交流访问，为国内各级医院提供持续性的帮助和支持。BHGF将会根据医院发展的具体需求，在医、教、研方面给予精准和持续性的公益支持，助力医院与国际化接轨。

浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院是由香港知名实业家邵逸夫爵士捐资、浙江省人民政府配套建设的公立综合性三甲医院。医院现有庆春和下沙两个院区，职工4487名，核定床位2400张，是中国大陆通过JCI认证的公立医院。邵逸夫医院的现代化医院管理模式在国内独树一帜，致力于打造为患者提供高标准服务的医院。

BHGF Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine 

On the afternoon of September 6, 2018, Ms. Chen Ran, Chairmanl of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), visited Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital (SRRSH) affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine and signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Mr. Cai Xiujun, President of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Mr. Liu Limin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy President, Mr. Yu Yunsong, Deputy President, Mr. Li Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Pan Hongming, Deputy President, Mr. Ding Guoqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Discipline Commission, Ms. Luo Hongfen, Chief Accountant of the hospital, and the responsible persons of relevant functional departments attended the signing ceremony. 

 Mr. Cai Xiujun, President of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital welcomed the arrival of Chairman Chen Ran and made a brief introduction of the hospital and its development history. President Cai fully affirmed the achievements of BHGF in helping domestic medical professionals to go abroad for academic exchange and study. He believed that the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement was of great significance. With the help of BHGF's international cooperation platform, SRRSH hopes to promote the internationalization of the hospital, the talent cultivation and echelon construction, and increase the exchange activities between the hospital and well-known medical institutions abroad. 

 Ms. Chen Ran, Chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation introduced that BHGF aims at providing high quality and efficient medical care, promotes benefit activities for public health, and accelerates the development of Chinese medical and health care undertakings by strengthening the training of medical personnel. The undertaken projects cover the training for health management cadres, academic leaders, medical professionals and nurses, and provide persistent help and support for hospitals at all levels in China. Well-known foreign medical experts are also invited to visit China for academic exchange under these projects. BHGF will provide precise and continuous public welfare support in medical, educational and research fields to help hospitals to integrate with the international standard according to the specific needs of the hospital development. 

 Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, is a public comprehensive grade A hospital which is generously donated by Sir Run Run Shaw, the famous Hong Kong businessman and constructed by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. The hospital has 4,487 staff and 2,400 beds in Qingchun and Xiasha areas. It is the first public hospital in China to receive Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation. The modern hospital management model of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital is unique in China, and she is dedicated to becoming a hospital of highest service standard for the patients.
