BHGF关于2018-2019年度战略合作工作会议在青海西宁顺利召开

2018年9月1日，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）“2018-2019年战略合作单位工作会议”在青海西宁顺利召开。本次会议得到了青海省卫计委、青海省人民医院的大力支持，来自全国的近200余家战略合作成员单位代表400余人参会，与会人员总结项目经验、共商未来合作。

青海省卫生和计划生育委员会王虎副主任对参会代表表示热烈欢迎和衷心感谢，并向大家介绍了青海省卫生事业的发展状况。希望全国同行之间可以充分交流经验、取长补短，为不断改善医疗服务质量和技术水平，为保障各族群众健康做出更大贡献。

青海省人民医院吴世政院长在致辞中阐述了医院在发展重要时期对人才的渴望、重视和培养。他表示，医院先后通过BHGF平台选派了67位技术骨干人员和管理人员赴海外知名医疗机构研修交流，培养了一批视野宽、技术精的人才队伍，为医院迈向更高的发展、保障高原人民健康提供了支撑和并注入活力。

BHGF陈冉理事长为大会致辞并介绍了“2019年项目申报计划及公益项目实施计划”，从平台优势、工作重点、申报流程、努力方向、公益活动等方面做了讲解。她表示，BHGF以关爱医务人员成长为核心，以提供优质高效医疗为目标，整合国内外优质医疗资源，致力于搭建国际高端交流合作平台，在促进战略合作单位培养国际化人才、拓展国际化视野、培育国际化学科等方面发挥了积极的作用。自2016年起，战略合作单位工作会议已连续举办三年，在此期间，战略合作单位的数量在不断增加、各类资源在不断积聚、取得的成果在不断增长。希望大家通过此次会议，通过BHGF的公益平台，相互交流、答疑解惑、实现共同发展并为当地百姓健康保驾护航。

BHGF理事、卫生管理项目部部长郭林作了“2018年战略合作项目情况总结”，对一年来取得的工作成果、大家重点关心的事项进行了梳理和汇报。随后，青海省人民医院吴世政院长作了题为《创新机制聚人才,搭建平台谋发展,铸就高原人民健康梦》主题演讲，分享了西部公立医院在人才引进、培养、发展等方面的先进经验。

随后，BHGF陈冉理事长分别与陕西中医药大学、陕西中医药大学第二附属医院、无锡市人民（儿童）医院、湖州市中心医院、东阳市人民医院、安康市中医医院、宝鸡市中医医院、乐山市人民医院、荆州市第二人民医院、襄阳市中医医院、天门市第一人民医院、内蒙古精神卫生中心、自贡市第一人民医院、佛山市妇幼保健院、曲靖市第一人民医院签署了战略合作协议，战略合作大家庭迎来了15位新成员。 

在下午的会议中，复旦大学附属华山医院院长助理林建华、成都市卫生和计划生育委员会副主任陈沙宁、河北省人民医院人事处副处长胡明、十堰市太和医院院长罗杰、苏北人民医院院长徐道亮分别做了《打造中国最具影响力的国际化优质医院》、《扩大对外开放 建设健康成都》、《人才创新战略实践》、《非优势资源地区国际化人才培养之路》、《借力国际交流大平台，助力医院高质量发展》的主题演讲。随后，会议邀请了江西省人民医院院长李秋根、西安市儿童医院院长李安茂、金华市中心医院院长袁坚列、深圳市卫计委能建中心部长秦岚、株洲市中心医院院长蔡安烈进行了“新形势下的医院核心竞争力”的高峰对话。

9月2日上午，部分参会代表到青海省人民医院进行了参访，青海省人民医院吴世政院长及工作团队热情接待了他们，并对医院情况做了详细介绍。

战略合作单位工作会议对以往工作进行了总结并对下一步工作计划进行了梳理，增加了各成员单位之间的凝聚力，彰显了BHGF在国际医疗资源和公益性支持平台方面的优势，相信未来合作将迈向新的里程碑。

BHGF 2018-2019 Annual Strategic Cooperation Conference held successfully in Qinghai,Xining 

 On September 1, 2018, Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) "2018-2019 Strategic Cooperation Organizations Working Conference" was successfully held in Xining, Qinghai Province. The Conference was strongly supported by the Qinghai Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission and Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital. More than 400 representatives from nearly 200 strategic cooperation member organizations from all over the country participated in the Conference. The participants summarized the project experience and discussed future cooperation. 

Mr. Wang Hu, Deputy Director of Qinghai Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission, expressed his warm welcome and hearty thanks to the participants and introduced the development of healthcare works in Qinghai Province. He hoped that the colleagues from the whole country could fully exchange experiences and learn others’ strong points to make up for their weakness, so as to continuously improve the quality of medical service and promote skill level so as to make greater contributions to the protection for the health of the people of all ethnic groups. 

 In his speech, Mr.Wu Shizheng, President of Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital expounded the hospital's desire, appreciation and cultivation for the talents in the period of development. He said that the hospital had sent 67 key medical professionals and managers through the BHGF platform to overseas well-known medical institutions for research and study, cultivated a number of broad-sighted and skilled personnel, and provided support and vitality for the hospital to step toward the first-class hospital and protected the health of the people on the plateau. 

 Ms. Chen Ran, President of BHGF gave a speech in the conference and introduced the "2019 Program Plan and Public Welfare Project Implementation Plan". She explained the advantages of the Platform, the work focus, the application process, the direction of efforts, the public welfare activities and so on. She said that BHGF regraded cares for the growth of medical staff as its core providing of high-quality and efficient medical service as its goal, integrated domestic and foreign high-quality medical resources, devoted itself to building a high-end international exchange and cooperation platform, and had played an active role in promoting strategic cooperation organizations to cultivate international talents, broadening international vision, and constructing international disciplines. Since 2016, Strategic Cooperation Organizations Working Conference has been held for three consecutive years. During this period, the number of strategic cooperation organizations has been increasing, all kinds of resources have been accumulating, and the achievements have been rising. She hopes that through the Conference, and the public welfare platform of BHGF, participants can exchange ideas, eliminate doubts, achieve common development and escort the local people's health.

 Ms. Guo Lin, Director of BHGF and Head of Health Management Department, made a summary of the Strategic Cooperation Projects in 2018, and sorted out and reported the achievements made in the past year as well as the key issues of concern. Later, Mr.Wu Shizheng, President of Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital gave a keynote speech entitled "Create Innovations to Gather Talents, Build a Platform for Development and Found the Health Dream for the People on the Plateau", in which he shared the advanced experience of western public hospitals in the aspects of talent introduction, training and development. 

 Later on, President Chen Ran of BHGF signed strategic cooperation agreements respectively with Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, Wuxi People's (Children’s) Hospital, Huzhou Central Hospital, Dongyang People's Hospital, Ankang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Baoji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, The People's Hospital of Leshan , The Second People's Hospital of Jingzhou, Xiangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tianmen First People's Hospital, Inner Mongolia Mental Health Center, Zigong First People's Hospital, Foshan Women and Children Hospital and Qujing First People's Hospital. The family of strategic cooperation has welcomed 15 new members.

 In the afternoon session, Mr.Lin Jianhua, Assistant to the President of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, Mr. Chen Shaning, Deputy Director of Chengdu Health and Family Planning Commission, Ms. Hu Ming, Deputy Director of Personnel Department of Hebei General Hospital, Mr. Luo Jie, President of Shiyan Taihe Hospital, and Mr.Xu Daoliang, President of Subei People's Hospital,respectively made keynote speeches of “Creating the Most Influential International Hospital in China”, “Opening Wider to the Outside World and Building a Healthier Chengdu”, “Strategic Practice of Talent Innovation”, “Way of International Talent Cultivation in Areas with Non-Advantaged Resources”, and “Boosting High Quality Development of Hospitals through International Exchange Platform. Afterwards, Mr.Li Qiugen, President of Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital, Mr. Li Anmao, President of Xi'an Children's Hospital, Mr.Yuan Jianlie, President of Jinhua Municipal Central Hospital, Ms. Qin Lan, Head of Health and Family Planning Capacity Building and Continuing Education Center of Shenzhen Municipality, and Mr. Cai Anlie, President of Zhuzhou Central Hospital were invited to have a summit dialogue on "Hospital Core Competence under the New Situation". 

 On the morning of September 2, some of the participants visited Qinghai People's Hospital and Mr. Wu Shizheng, President of the Hospital and his team gave them a warm reception and detailed introduction about the hospital. 

 The Strategic Cooperation Organization Working Conference  summarized the previous work and sorted out the following plan, strengthened the cohesion among the member organizations, and highlighted the advantages of BHGF in international medical resources and public welfare support platform. It is believed that future cooperation will enter toward a new milestone.
