BHGF与南京江北医疗集团签署战略合作

2018年9月27日下午，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）理事长陈冉女士一行到访南京江北医疗集团并签署战略合作协议。南京江北医疗集团总院长何仿、南京江北人民医院院长王国品、南京江北人民医院总经理周晔、南京江北人民医院副院长钱隼南、南京江北人民医院副院长兼南钢医院执行院长张琳、南京江北人民医院副院长曾庆华、党委副书记张传红等领导班子成员以及相关科室负责人出席签约仪式。

 何仿总院长代表南京江北医疗集团对陈冉理事长的莅临表示热烈欢迎，并高度评价了北京华通国康公益基金会在推动国内医疗专业技术人才和医院管理人才走出国门、参与国际交流和培训做出的贡献。他表示，南京江北医疗集团将充分利用北京华通国康公益基金会的优质国际化医疗资源和公益性平台，将集团内优秀的业务骨干“送出去”，把国外优质的专家资源“引进来”，加大人才培养力度，全面提升南京江北医疗集团旗下医院的运营管理能力和医疗专业队伍的技术水平，推动“医、教、研”同步发展的格局形成，促进医院快速发展，努力打造江北新区现代化医疗集团，构建社会办医的标杆模式，造福本地百姓健康。

 陈冉理事长介绍北京华通国康公益基金会成立以来，在以公益事业为根本，积极为国内各类各级医疗机构的人才培养和公益交流活动所做出的不懈努力。通过整合国内外医疗资源，秉承“送出去、请进来”的交流方式，为中国国内医疗机构建立持久的、双向的交流渠道，努力搭建一个包括医疗管理、专业技术、医疗创新、新成果推广在内的多元化国际交流合作高端平台。此次签约是公益基金会签署的首家民营医疗集团，希望今后根据江北医疗集团发展的需求，在医、教、研方面给予精准的、持续性的支持，助力医院更好更快的发展。

 南京江北医疗集团成立于2010年，2016年分别投资、并购了南京江北人民医院和南京南钢医院。南京江北人民医院是东南大学和南通大学的附属医院，也是南京江北地区规模大的综合性三级医院。2017年南京江北人民医院与南京南钢医院的合并门急诊量突破110万人次。

BHGF Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Nanjing Jiangbei Medical Group

 On the afternoon of September 27th, 2018, Ms Chen Ran, chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) with the delegation visited Nanjing Jiangbei Medical Group and signed the strategic cooperation agreement. He Fang, president of Nanjing Jiangbei Medical Group, Wang Guopin, president of Nanjing Jiangbei People’s Hospital, Zhou Ye, general manager of Nanjing Jiangbei People’s Hospital, Qian Sunnan, vice president of Nanjing Jiangbei People’s Hospital, Zhang Lin, vice president of Nanjing Jiangbei People’s Hospital and executive president of Nangang Hospital, Zeng Qinghua, vice president of Nanjing Jiangbei People’s Hospital, Zhang Chuanhong, secretary of the party committee as well as other leadership of hospital and department heads attended the signing ceremony.

 President He Fang, representing Nanjing Jiangbei Medical Group, extended his warm welcome to chairman Chen Ran and gave high praise for Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation’s contributions on promoting medical professionals and management pesonnel to go abroad and attend international communication and training program. He said that Nanjing Jiangbei Medical Group wouldl make full use of the excellent international medical resources and the public welfare platform provided by Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, send out business backbones of the group and bring in experts from abroad to increase the training of the personnel. The Group aimes to comprehensively improve the operation and management level as well as the skills of the medical team of the hospitals running under Nanjing Jiangbei Medical Group, thus to promote the development of medical, educational and research levels at the same time, and increase the development of the hospital. The Group also wishes to build a modern medical group in Jiangbei New Area, set a sample of private hospital model and improve the welfare of the local people.

 Chairman Chen Ran introduced that Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation had set the public welfare establishments as goal since its foundation and make consistent efforts to cultivate talents and organize activities for hospitals of various kinds and grades. The Foundation integrates the medical resources of home and abroad, and establish a long-lasting mutual channel for domestic medical institutions through the communication pattern of “sending out and bringing in”. BHGF aims to build a high-end diversified international cooperation platform of medical management, technological expertise, medical innovation and promotion for new achievements. This is the first time BHGF signed strategic  cooperation agreement with private medical group. BHGF hopes to provide precise and consistent support in medical, educational and research fields, according to the requirements of Jiangbei Medical Group, in order to accelerate the development of the hospital. 

 Nanjing Jiangbei Medical Group, founded in 2010, made investment mergers and acquisitions of Nanjing Jiangbei People’s Hospital and Nanjing Nangang Hospital in 2016. Nanjing Jiangbei People’s Hospital is the affiliated hospital of Southeast University and Nantong University, and it is also the largest national comprehensive A-level hospital in Jiangbei Area of Nanjing. In 2017 the total amount of emergency and outpatients visit of Nanjing Jiangbei People’s Hospital and Nanjing Nangang Hospital reached over 1,100,000.
