台湾专家一行受邀参加连云港市第二人民医院建院110周年发展大会

为深入贯彻落实“健康中国”战略，加快推进健康连云港建设，进一步促进医疗卫生事业创新发展，2018年10月19日，在北京华通国康公益基金会（Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, BHGF）的组织协调下，台湾童综合医院副董事长童瑞龙先生、教学部主任及乳腺医学中心主任于家珩先生、院长室咨询长邹顺生先生一行三人受邀参加连云港市第二人民医院建院110周年发展大会。

    连云港市第二人民医院施辉院长带领院领导班子对与台湾专家一行的到来表示热烈欢迎，并对BHGF为海峡两岸医学交流所做出的贡献表示感谢，期望在未来能进一步加强三方的合作，开展更多的医学专家互访活动，促进海峡两岸在人才培养、科研教学、学科建设等方面的发展。开幕式上，台湾童综合医院童瑞龙副董事长代表台湾童综合医院作了热情洋溢的致辞，衷心祝贺连云港市第二人民医院建院110周年，希望在深厚的历史底蕴基础上做到自强不息，积极进取，不断铸就新的辉煌。台湾童综合医院童瑞龙副董事长就《运用JCI提升病人安全与医疗品质、降低医疗纠纷》作了详细的剖析与阐述, 台湾童综合医院教学部于家珩主任和院长室咨询长邹顺生主任分别就《癌症治疗新世代的发展-以乳癌为例》《老化与癌症》进行了精彩讲座。

BHGF积极发挥国际化资源和公益性支持的平台优势，持续搭建海峡两岸知名医疗机构的交流合作平台。通过“送出去，请进来”的双向交流方式，为医院在人才培养、医疗质量和学科建设等方面提供帮助和支持。

童综合医疗社团法人童综合医院，简称童综合医院，医院创立于1971年，现已发展成病床1500余张的大型综合性医院。医院四次通过美国国际JCI及各级医疗评鉴质量认证肯定，是许多大陆医疗集团指定学习的标杆。

连云港市第二人民医院始建于1908年，前身为美国基督教南长老会传教士、医学博士慕庚扬创办的“义德医院”。曾先后易名为新海连市立医院、连云港市第一人民医院、连云港市海州医院、连云港市第二人民医院，创造了连云港现代医学史上许多第一：第一所西医院、第一所卫校、第一所教学医院、第一个研究所、第一所专科医院。历经110年的砥砺奋进，现已发展成为拥有两个院区，集医疗、教学、科研、预防、保健、康复、急救、公益于一体的三级甲等综合医院。

Taiwan Experts were Invited to Participate in 110th Anniversary Development Conference of The Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang

 In order to thoroughly implement the "Healthy China" strategy, accelerate the construction of healthy Lianyungang, and further promote the innovation and development of medical and health care, on October 19, 2018, under the coordination of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), Mr. Tong Ruilong, Vice Chairman of Tungs’ Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital, Mr. Yu Jiaheng, Director of Teaching Department and Director of Breast Medical Center, Director of Teaching Department and Director of Breast Medicine Center, Mr. Zou Shunsheng, the Director of Dean’s Office, were invited to participate in the 110th anniversary of the establishment of The Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang. 

 Mr. Shihui, the President of The Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang led the delegation to warmly welcome the arrival of Taiwan experts and expressed thanks to BHGF for the contribution to the across-strait medical exchanges. He hoped that the cooperation among the three parties will be further strengthened in the future by virtue of carrying out more medical experts mutual visits to promote the development of talent cultivation, research and teaching, and discipline construction. At the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman Tong Ruilong of Tungs’  made a warm speech on behalf of Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital. He sincerely congratulated The Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang on the 110th anniversary of its establishment. He hoped the hospital could strive constantly for self-improvement and positive development, constantly creating new glory on the basis of profound historical heritage. Director of Teaching Department of Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital Yu Jiaheng, and Director of the Dean's Office Zou Shunsheng respectively gave a wonderful lecture on "Development of a New Generation of Cancer Treatment - Taking Breast Cancer as an Example" , and "Aging and Cancer".

 BHGF actively gives full play to the advantages of the platform of international resources and public welfare support, and continuously builds a platform for exchanges and cooperation between mainland well-known medical hospitals and Taiwan hospitals. Through the two-way communication method of “sending out, inviting in”, BHGF will provide help and public support to hospitals in talents training, medical quality and disciplines construction.

 Tungs’ Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital, which was established in 1971, has grown into a large general hospital with 1,500 beds and 2500 staff. Tungs’ hospital was accredited by JCI for 4 times and all levels of medical evaluation institutions. Tungs’ hospital becomes the appointed teaching hospital by many mainland medical groups.

  The Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang was founded in 1908. It was formerly known as the “Yide Hospital”, founded by Mu Gengyang, who was American Christian Presbyterian Missionary and also a Doctor of Medicine. It has been renamed as New Hailian Municipal Hospital, Lianyungang First People's Hospital, Lianyungang Haizhou Hospital.  The Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang has created many “firsts” in the history of modern medicine in Lianyungang: the first Western Hospital and the first health school, the first teaching hospital, the first research institute, and the first specialized hospital. After 110 years of hard work, it has developed into a three-level general hospital with two hospital districts, integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care, rehabilitation, first aid and public welfare.
