德国专家一行访问河南省三家医院

2018年10月28日-11月2日，在北京华通国康公益基金会（Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, BHGF）的支持下，德国比勒菲尔德城市医院血管外科主任Dr. Ralf-Gerhard Ritter先生，帕达博恩约瑟夫基金会兄弟医院放疗科主任Dr. Horst.Leber先生等一行分别对河南省洛阳市中心医院、开封市中心医院、信阳市中心医院进行参访并做了学术交流。

 访问期间，三家医院院长亲自接待并给予高度重视，医院领导和德国专家均表示非常感谢BHGF为中德医学交流与合作所做出的的贡献，期待未来双方能进一步加强合作，促进双方在人才培养、科研教学、学科建设等方面的发展。洛阳市中心医院王慧睿副院长、开封市中心医院谢文忠副院长、信阳市中心医院高兴军副院长分别带领医院工作团队向德国专家介绍医院历史发展、基本建设、硬件基础设施以及医院科研、教学等工作情况。

德国专家一行参观了三家医院的相关科室与病区，了解各科室人员构成与业务开展情况，并与中国同仁们进行病例讨论和手术方法探讨，给大家带来很多前沿医学知识和医疗技术信息。Dr. Ralf-Gerhard Ritter先生与Dr. Horst.Leber先生分别就“Distal Crural and pedal arterial reconstruction”和“Therapy of limited disease small cell lung cancer--Demonstration of our own experience and possible consequences for radiation therapy ”主题进行了讲座，参访医院医护人员积极提问，与专家互动活跃。

此次德国专家访问河南三家医院的学术交流活动取得了圆满成功，并得到了中德双方医疗同仁的认可和好评。BHGF将继续发挥公益性平台的优势，搭建中国区域医疗中心与国际知名医疗机构的交流合作平台，通过“送出去，请进来”的双向交流方式，在高端国际人才培养和学科建设等方面为国内医院提供帮助和支持，不断提升中国医院的管理能力和服务水平。

德国比勒费尔德城市医院由3个分院组成。有2600多医务人员，1300张床位。每年门诊病人84000人次。普内外科设在比勒费尔德医院中心，该医院技术设备先进，可作各种手术如，甲状腺、胆囊炎、腹股沟疝、阑尾、直肠、胃癌、食道癌、大肠癌等。心导管专科医院有107张床位，可24小时心脏监控。该院还设有30多个科室、治疗中心和研究所，如放射诊断研究所、心脏和内脏急救中心、骨科和事故手术中心、肺病和呼吸及睡眠疗法医学中心、动脉和手术急救中心。

德国约瑟夫基金会兄弟医院成立于1902年，位于德国帕达博恩市，由玛丽亚•希勒夫兄弟建立，近年来逐渐发展成一个现代的综合性医院。该院由医院部和护理学院两部分组成，年住院病人有18000例，门诊接待24000例，是哥廷根医科大学教学实习基地，设有外科、内科、五官科、核医疗放射科、骨科、放射科、泌尿科、胸外科、妇科、血液科麻醉科等14个科室和治疗与研究中心。

Germany Experts Visit Three Hospitals in Henan Province

 Oct.28-Nov.2, 2018, under the coordination of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), Mr. Dr. Ralf-Gerhard Ritter, Director of Vascular Surgery Department from c, Mr. Dr. Horst.Leber, Director of Radiotherapy Department from Paderborn St.Josef Foundation Brothers’ Hospital, visited Luoyang Central Hospital, Kaifeng Central Hospital, Xinyang Central Hospital and made academic exchanges.

  During the visit, The presidents of the three hospitals received experts personally and attached great importance to them.The leaders of the three hospitals and Germany experts expressed their gratitude to BHGF for its contribution to the China-German Medical Exchange. They hope to further strengthen the cooperation between the two sides, better promote the development of both sides’ talents training, scientific research, teaching, and discipline construction. Vice President Wang Huirui of Luoyang Central Hospital, Vice President Xie Wenzhong of Kaifeng Central Hospital and Vice President Gao Xingjun of Xinyang Central Hospital led the the hospital team to introduce Germany experts their hospitals’ historic development,basic construction, hardware infrastructure and scientific research & teaching work. The Germany experts visited the relevant departments and wards of the three hospitals, better understood the personnel composition and profession development of various departments,discussed with the Chinese doctors and nurses on case analysis and surgical methods which brought Chinese medical workers a lot of cutting-edge medical knowledge and medical technology information. Mr. Dr. Ralf-Gerhard Ritter and Mr. Dr. Horst.Leber conducted the topics of“Distal Crural and pedal arterial reconstruction”and“Therapy of limited disease small cell lung cancer--Demonstration of our own experience and possible consequences for radiation therapy”. In the lectures, visiting hospitals’ doctors and nurses proposed questions warmly and interacted actively with Germany experts.

  The Germany medical experts’ visit of three hospitals in Henan Province and the academic exchange activities have achieved great success.It has been recognized and praised by both Chinese and Germany medical professionals. BHGF will continue to take advantage of the non-profit platform and build an exchange and cooperation platform between Chinese hospitals and internationally renowned medical institutions. Through a two-way communication approach of “sending out, inviting in”, it will provide domestic hospitals with high-end international personnel training and discipline construction, offering help and support to continuously improve the management capabilities and service levels of Chinese hospitals.

  City Hospital of Bielefeld consists of 3 branches. There are more than 2,600 medical staff and 1,300 beds. It takes in 84,000 outpatients per year. General Medicine and General Surgery are located in the center of Bielefeld Hospital. The hospital has advanced technology and can be used for various operations such as thyroid, cholecystitis, inguinal hernia, appendix, rectum, stomach cancer, esophageal cancer, and colorectal cancer. The Cardiac Catheter Hospital has 107 beds for 24-hour cardiac monitoring. The hospital also has more than 30 departments, treatment centers and research institutes, such as the Institute of Radiological Diagnosis, the Heart and Visceral Emergency Center, the Orthopaedic and Accident Surgery Center, the Lung and Respiratory and Sleep Therapy Medical Center, and the Arterial and Surgery Emergency Center.

  Paderborn St.Josef Foundation Brothers’ Hospital is founded in 1902. It is located at Paderborn City and founded by Maria Shreve brothers, which has gradually evolved into a modern, comprehensive hospital in recent years. The hospital consists of two parts: the hospital department and the nursing school. There are 18,000 inpatients and 24,000 outpatients. It is a teaching practice base of Göttingen Medical University. It has more than 14 departments and treatment and research centers, such as surgery, internal medicine, ENT, nuclear medicine radiology, orthopedics, radiology, urology, thoracic surgery, gynecology and hematology.
