北京华通国康公益基金会与陕西中医药大学附属医院签署战略合作

2018年11月9日下午，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长一行先后到访陕西中医药大学及陕西中医药大学附属医院，并与陕西中医药大学附属医院签署战略合作协议。陕西中医药大学校长孙振霖，副校长唐志书，陕西中医药大学附属医院院长赵晓平，副院长昝强、杨长江、雷根平、贺太平、袁普卫，纪委书记鲁宝强，总会计师车鹏，以及相关职能科室负责人参加了签约仪式。

 孙振霖校长、赵晓平院长对陈冉理事长一行的到来表示欢迎，并围绕人才培养、学科建设、对外交流等方面做了介绍，先后参访了陕西中医药大学、陕西中医药大学附属医院。

签约会上，在孙振霖校长等人的共同见证下，赵晓平院长与陈冉理事长签署了战略合作协议。

赵晓平院长表示，此次战略合作协议的签署具有重要意义，医院将充分利用BHGF的优质国际资源和公益性平台，以创建全国“双一流”中医药大学附属医院为目标，通过与海内外知名医疗机构的深入合作与交流，将知名专家教授“请进来”，把医院优秀业务骨干“送出去”，提升青年医师的临床技能、科研水平和创新能力，助力医院跨越式发展，更好地为百姓健康保驾护航。

陈冉理事长介绍了BHGF的平台资源和项目开展情况。她表示，陕西中医药大学领导重视国际交流和人才培养，附属医院历史悠久、人才济济、实力雄厚、特色鲜明，BHGF致力于搭建国际医疗机构的公益交流合作平台，双方合作有基础、有优势，通过“送出去，引进来”的双向交流模式，实现在人才培养、学科建设、科研合作、学术交流等方面的合作共赢，为中医药事业发展提供人才保障和公益性支持。

孙振霖校长对战略合作的签署给予了高度评价，他指出，BHGF为推动中国医疗卫生事业的发展做出了显著贡献，此次签约打开了附属医院通向世界医疗机构的交流平台，希望附属医院着眼于未来，进一步深化改革、扩大开放，加强对外交流，要充分利用好BHGF在医疗领域的优质国际资源和交流平台，选拔专业骨干和管理人员进行研修学习，学习国内外先进管理经验和医疗技术，促进医、教、研协同发展，在辐射和带动区域医疗行业整体服务水平提升的同时，让中医药走出国门、走向世界。

BHGF signed A Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine

 On the afternoon of November 9th , 2018, Ms.Chen Ran, the Chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation(BHGF), visited the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi  University of Chinese Medicine and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the hospital. Mr. Sun Zhenlin, President of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, Mr. Tang Zhishu, Vice President of the university, President and Secretary of the Party Committee of the hospital, Mr. Zhao Xiaoping and Mr. Lu Baoqiang, Vice Presidents of the hospital,职务不对应Zan Qiang, Yang Changjiang,Lei Genping,He Taiping, Yuan Puwei,chief accountant Che Peng, attended the signing ceremony with leaders of related departments.

 President Sun Zhenlin and Zhao Xiaoping, extended welcome to Chairman Chen Ran on behalf of leadership team ,and introduced the aspects of personnel training, discipline construction, and foreign exchanges. Later they went to visit Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine and the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine. Under the joint witness of President Sun Zhenlin and others, President Zhao Xiaoping and Chairman Chen Ran fully affirmed the significance of the signing strategic cooperation agreement.

 Dean Zhao Xiaoping said that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement is of great significance. The hospital will make full use of BHGF's high-quality international resources and public welfare platform, to create a national “double first class”affiliated hospital of Chinese medicine university. By the in-depth cooperation and exchanges of medical institutions “invite in”the well-known experts and professors , "send out" the outstanding business backbone of the hospital, to enhance the clinical skills, scientific research level and innovative ability of young doctors, to help the hospital to leap-forward development, and to escort the health of people.

  Ms. Chen Ran, Chairman of BHGF, introduced the basic situation of BHGF and the resource of the platform. She expressed that the leaders of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine attach importance to international exchanges and personnel training. The affiliated hospital has a long history, talented people, strong strength and distinctive features. BHGF has engaged in building the exchange and cooperation platform between Chinese hospitals and the top international medical institutions, through the bilateral communication method of "sending out, inviting in”,to achieve win-win cooperation in personnel training, discipline construction, scientific research cooperation, and academic exchanges, and to provide talent protection and public welfare support for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.

  President Sun Zhenlin spoke highly of the signing of strategic cooperation. He pointed out that BHGF has made a significant contribution to the development of Chinese medical and health care. The signing of the contract opened the communication platform of world's top medical institutions to the affiliated hospital. He hoped that the affiliated hospital would focus on the future, further deepening reform, expand opening up, and strengthen foreign exchanges, must make full use of BHGF's high-quality international resources and communication platform in the medical field, select professional backbones and management personnel for further study, and learn advanced management experience and medical technology domestic and abroad. In order to promote the coordinated development of medicine, teaching and research, and let Chinese medicine go abroad and go global while radiating and promoting the overall service level of the regional medical industry.
