2018年TEMC&BHGF国际医学论坛暨第七届哈佛中国项目经验交流会在西安顺利召开

2018年11月10日-11日，在陕西省卫生健康委员会的支持下，由国际应急管理学会医学委员会（TEMC）& 北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）主办，西安交通大学第一附属医院、陕西省人民医院、西安市中心医院共同承办的“2018年TEMC&BHGF国际医学论坛暨第七届哈佛中国项目经验交流会”在西安顺利召开。会议邀请了国际应急管理学会、美国哈佛大学医学院、澳大利亚医学促进会等国际知名医疗机构的10余名特邀专家参会，来自全国的卫生管理部门领导及医院院长近300人共襄医学盛宴。

 陕西省卫生健康委员会刘宝琴主任在大会致辞中介绍了陕西省医疗卫生事业发展状况，以及近年来与TEMC&BHGF的交流合作情况。刘主任表示，本次会议将为陕西省加快医疗卫生对外交流合作提供良好机遇，对促进和提高陕西省医疗健康事业发展具有推动作用。希望今后进一步扩大对外交流范围，深化合作发展内涵，学习和借鉴先进医疗科技水平和管理经验，为践行健康中国战略，保障人民健康做出新的更大的贡献。

国际应急管理学会医学委员会（TEMC）主任、北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）理事长陈冉女士在大会致辞中提到，近几年在各级政府的大力支持下，国际应急管理学会医学委员会、北京华通国康公益基金会紧紧围绕国家实施“健康中国”的大政方针，以关爱医务人员成长为核心、坚持扶贫济困、强化人才培养，从医院、医护人员、患者三个层面，积极开展各类公益活动，促进我国卫生事业健康发展。此次论坛的顺利召开，希望为我国医院管理者搭建了一个高端、可持续性的双向交流平台。

国际应急管理学会主席K.Harald Drager、哈佛大学医学院教务长David A Hirsh、澳大利亚医学促进会教育与培训总负责人Jan-Henrik Norberger先生、国家应急管理部常设专家组成员&中国地震局救援专家组组长&国际应急管理学会副主席曲国胜先生，哈佛大学医学院麻省总医院Xue-Jun(June) Kong女士、西安交通大学第一附属医院施秉银院长、云南省第一人民医院蒋立虹院长，柳州市工人医院李兵院长等分别就“通过优化患者后勤保障拯救生命，从担架到整体医疗救援策略—挪威方法”、“纵向整合临床实习模式-哈佛的实践”、“澳大利亚州立医疗系统内的最佳医院质量管理实践”、“重特大灾害救援能力建设趋势”、“人工智能及东西方融合-医学现代化全球化走向”、“未来医院畅想”、“建设智慧医院，改善患者就医感受”、“移动互联时代下的智慧医院建设实践”等主题进行了精彩演讲与经验分享。

11月10日下午，在哈佛院长班学员和其他与会者的共同见证下，论坛举行了《第九期哈佛院长班学习报告集（画册）》发布仪式。陕西省卫生健康委员会刘宝琴主任、陕西省政府驻省卫健委纪检组李宏杰组长、国际应急管理学会主席K.Harald Drager先生、哈佛大学医学院教务长David A Hirsh先生、陕西中医药大学孙振霖校长、国际应急管理学会医学委员会（TEMC）主任、北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）理事长陈冉女士、南方医科大学南方医院朱宏书记、浙江大学医学院附属第一医院沈晔副院长等领导共同主持了仪式并担任发布嘉宾，与会嘉宾一起分享这喜悦的时刻。

经过竞选嘉宾演讲并现场投票，“2019年TEMC&BHGF国际医学论坛暨第八届哈佛中国项目经验交流会”将于明年在云南昆明举办，由昆明医科大学第一附属医院具体承办，云南省第一人民医院协办。

多年来，TEMC&BHGF坚持建立公益性支持平台和国际化高端交流平台，为帮助中国医疗机构与世界知名大学和医院搭建了合作的桥梁。“2018年TEMC&BHGF国际医学论坛暨哈佛中国项目经验交流会”的成功举办，积极响应了国家“一带一路”的发展战略，有效巩固了中外医学交流学习成果，通过建立定期沟通机制和持续国际高端对话，促进了欧美国家与中国在医疗卫生领域的交流与合作。

2018 TEMC & BHGF International Medical Forum &The 7th Harvard China Program Experience Exchange Conference was Successfully held in Xi’an

 From November 10th to November 11th 2018, with the jointly support of Shaanxi Provincial Commission of Health and Family Planning, sponsored by The International Emergency Management Society Emergency Medical Committee (TEMC), Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), and undertaken by The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiao Tong University,  Shaan Xi Provincial People’s Hospital, Xi’an Central Hospital, 2018 TEMC & BHGF International Medical Forum & The 7th Harvard China Program Experience Exchange Conference was successfully held in Xi’an. The conference invited more than 10 foreign experts from top international medical institutions, including TEMC, Harvard Medical School, Australian Medical Association etc. There are altogether 300 presidents and department directors from all over China presenting at the medical festival.

  Liu Baoqin, Director of Shaanxi Provincial Commission of Health and Family Planning introduced development of medical and health Services in Shaanxi and corporation with TEMC & BHGF. Director Liu indicated that it’s a great chance to widen the opportunities of medical and health international exchange and improve the medical and health services of Shaanxi as the conference held. She expected the scope of exchange and intension of corporation can be widening, latest medical technology and management can be learned in the future. In order to implement Health China Program and ensure people’s health.

  Chen Ran, the Director of TEMC and the Chairman of BHGF said, TEMC & BHGF focus on policy of Health China Program and with supports of all the health administrative departments, to keep the improvement of medical personnel as central task, helping the poor, enhancing the personnel training and carrying out charity in all hospital, medical personnel and patient aspects to improve the development of Chinese health services.

  At the meeting, K.Harald Drager, Chairman of The International Emergency Management Society, David A Hirsh, Dean of Harvard Medical School, Jan-Henrik Norberger, Director of Australian Medical Association, Qu Guosheng, Vice President of TEMC, Xue-Jun(June) Kong, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Shi Bingyin ,president of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiao Tong University, Jiang Lihong, president of the first people’s hospital of Yunnan Province, Libing, president of Liuzhou worker’s hospital delivered speech and shared experience respectively, focusing on the way for rescue which learned from Norway, how Harvard clinical training goes well, the best management of hospitals in Australia, disaster relief ,how to make modern medical play on AI for supporting east and west medical in the global, the mission for the future and to be a hospital with AI supported for service our patients.

  On the afternoon of November 10th,the 9th Learning reports Album from Harvard Program issuing ceremony was witnessed by Liu Baoqin, Director of Shaanxi Provincial Commission of Health and Family Planning ，Li Hongjie, Officer of discipline inspection departments of Shaan Xi government in Shaanxi Provincial Commission of Health and Family Planning, K.Harald Drager, Chairman of The International Emergency Management Society, David A Hirsh, Dean of Harvard Medical School, President Sun Zhenlin from Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, Chen Ran, the Director of TEMC and the Chairman of BHGF, Secretary Zhu Hong from Nanfang Hospital,Vice President Shen Ye from the first affiliated hospital of Zhejiang medical University, they shared the happiness with all participants.

  After fierce competition speech and vote, The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University and The First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province won the right to host 2019 TEMC & BHGF International Medical Forum &the Eighth Harvard China Program Experience Exchange conference.

  Over the years, TEMC & BHGF has adhered to the establishment of a public welfare-support platform and an international high-end resource platform to help Chinese medical institutions build cooperation with world-renowned universities and hospitals. The successful holding of 2018 TEMC & BHGF International Medical Forum & Harvard Medical School China Program Experience Exchange Conference has effectively consolidated the medical exchanges achievements between China and foreign countries, respond to One Belt One Road initiative, stablished regular communication mechanism and continued international high-end dialogue, facilitating the cooperation between China and western countries in medical exchange and cooperation.
