BHGF与山东省立第三医院签署战略合作

2018年11月19日上午，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长一行到访山东省立第三医院并签署战略合作协议。山东省立第三医院党委书记徐洪玉、院长吕涌涛、党委副书记王炳臣、纪委书记毛军胜、副院长张勇及相关科室负责人等出席了签约仪式。

 会上徐洪玉书记首先对陈冉理事长一行的到来表示欢迎，并充分肯定战略合作协议签署的重大意义。张勇副院长详细介绍了医院的发展历史、基本情况、优势学科和目前医院所取得的成果。徐洪玉书记和吕永涛院长均表示，山东省立第三医院完成更名后现在正处于重要发展阶段，本次战略合作协议的签署，是人才培养和学科发展战略的需要，希望借助北京华通国康公益基金会的国际化公益平台，推动医院与国内外知名医疗机构共同开展科研合作、人才交流等活动。希望此次合作能推动人才培养和学科建设再上新台阶，为医院培养出更多国际化的医疗专业人才和管理专业人才。

陈冉理事长介绍了北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）的基本情况。BHGF一直致力于搭建国际合作交流高端平台，宗旨是搭建国内外公益交流活动来促进我国医疗卫生事业、尤其是基层医疗机构的发展，为当地培养出医疗水平的医学人才、加强学科建设和医院内涵提升，让百姓在当地能享受到良好的医疗水平。希望此次战略合作协议的签署，助力于山东省立第三医院在人才培养、学科建设、科研合作、学术交流、扶贫救困等，造福于当地及周边地区的百姓健康，并带动更多区域医疗机构的共同发展。

签约结束后，陈冉理事长一行在山东省立第三医院党委书记徐洪玉、院长吕涌涛等陪同下参观了医院的院史馆、互联网医院，了解了医院在互联网医院建设方面的发展情况。

山东省立第三医院始建于1950年，是集医疗、教学、科研、预防保健和康复为一体的委直属的三级甲等综合性医院。医院是山东省结石病防治中心，山东省互联网医疗试点单位，省内首批医养结合示范单位，是中国ERCP技术标准化人才培训基地，中国医师协会ERCP医师培训中心号。

BHGF Signed A Strategic Cooperation Agreement with  Shandong Provincial Third Hospital

On the afternoon of November 19th , 2018, a delegation from Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF)headed by its Chairman Ms. Chen Ran visited the Shandong Provincial Third Hospital, where they signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Mr.Xu Hongyu ,the Secretary of the Party Committee of the hospital, Mr.Lv Yongtao ,the dean, Mr.Wang Bingcheng, the deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr.Mao Junsheng , the Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, Mr.Zhang Yong, the deputy dean as well as heads of multiple departments at the hospital were among the attendees at the signing ceremony.

 Mr. Xu Hongyu,Secretary of the Party Committee of the hospital, extended welcome to the delegation on behalf of the leadership team and fully affirmed the significance of the signing strategic cooperation agreement, while Mr.Zhang Yong, gave a detailed introduction of the hospital’s development history, its general condition, the dominant departments as well as its achievement. Both Mr.Xu Hongyu and Mr.Lv Yongtao said that this strategic cooperation, at such an important stage for the hospital since it renamed, is at the need of talent training and disciplinary development strategy, expressing their hope to promote the scientific research cooperation between their hospital and its counterparts both domestic and overseas, as well as the talent exchange development via the platform built by BHGF. It is hoped that this cooperation can push talent cultivation and discipline construction to a new level, thus to cultivate more international medical professionals and management professionals for the  hospital.

 Ms. Chen Ran, Chairman of BHGF, introduced the basic situation of BHGF. She expressed that BHGF had been committed to integrating high-quality medical resources at home and abroad,aiming to build public welfare exchange activities at home and abroad to promote the development of China's medical and health undertakings, especially the development of medical institutions in primary level, with the purpose of training first-class medical talents for local hospitals, strengthening discipline construction and improving hospital level, so that the local people could enjoy the first-class medical services in their local area.She hoped that the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement could help the Shandong Provincial Third Hospital in personnel training, discipline construction, scientific research cooperation, academic exchanges, as well as poverty alleviation and relief for local people, further more benefiting the health of local and neighbor people, and promoting the co-development of more regional medical institutions.

 After the signing ceremony, Ms.Chen Ran, accompanied by Mr.Xu Hongyu and Mr. Lv Yongtao, visited the hospital's history museum and its Internet Hospital, learning about the hospital’s achievement in building Internet Hospital.

 Founded in 1950, Shandong Provincial Third Hospital has developed into a comprehensive third-senior hospital, integrating medical treatment, education, scientific and research, health care and prevention and rehabilitation. The hospital is the pilot unit of the Shandong Stone Disease Prevention and Control Center and Shandong Province Internet Medical, the technical standardization talent training base of China ERCP, ERCP Physician Training Center of the Chinese Medical Association.
