英国精神卫生专家访问内蒙古自治区第三医院

2018年11月13日，在北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）的组织协调下，英国诺丁汉大学医学院精神病学和应用心理学院副院长、诺丁汉大学心理健康研究所多动症和神经发育障碍研究中心主任、心理干预和行为矫正学教授David Michael Daley先生对内蒙古自治区第三医院（内蒙古自治区精神卫生中心）进行“儿童青少年心理行为问题研讨会”的学术交流。

 内蒙古自治区第三医院柳世荣书记、隋晓杰院长率全体院领导班子和各业务科室人员出席了研讨会。内蒙古自治区内各综合医院儿科医生、大中小学校及幼儿园心理教师、社区心理辅导站，康复及教育机构等共计350余人参加本次会议。

英国诺丁汉大学David教授就ADHD（多动性障碍）儿童的临床表现、病因、发病率及预防干预等内容展开详细讲解并分享了其与丹麦、日本合作的项目研究成果。现场David教授对ADHD儿童的干预进行了情景模拟，分享了有关ADHD儿童的干预方法和手段。与会人员积极提问，与专家互动活跃。

研讨会结束后，内蒙古自治区第三医院的院领导班子陪同英国专家参观了医院门诊部、心身健康体检保健中心、临床心理中心及儿童青少年心理卫生医疗中心、医院睡眠医学中心等相关科室并进行交流和讨论。

此次英国精神卫生专家访问内蒙古自治区第三医院的学术交流活动取得了圆满成功，并得到了中英两方医护同仁的认可和好评。BHGF今后将继续发挥公益性平台的优势，搭建中国医院与国际知名医疗机构的交流合作平台，通过“送出去，请进来”的双向交流方式，在高端国际人才培养和学科建设等方面为国内医院提供帮助和支持，不断提升中国医院的管理能力和服务水平。

Hospital Visit

British Mental Health Expert Visits Third Hospital of Inner Mongolia Province

 November 13th, 2018, under the coordination of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), Dr. David Michael Daley, Deputy Head of Division of Psychiatry and Applied Psychology, School of Medicine, University of Nottingham, Director Centre for ADHD and Neurodevelopmental Disorders Across the Lifespan, Institute of Mental health,  professor of psychological intervention and behavioral correction, visited Third Hospital of Inner Mongolia Province (Inner Mongolia Mental Health Center) and held seminars on psychological behavior problems of children and adolescents.

  Secretary Liu Shirong and President Sui Xiaojie of Third Hospital of Inner Mongolia Province led all the leading groups of the hospital and all the departments to attend the seminar. More than 350 people, including pediatricians from general hospitals, psychological teachers from schools and kindergartens, community psychological guidance stations, rehabilitation and education institutions in Inner Mongolia autonomous region attended the meeting

  Professor David from the university of Nottingham UK explained in detail the clinical manifestations, etiology, morbidity, prevention and intervention of ADHD (hyperactivity disorder) children and Shared the research results of the project cooperated with Denmark and Japan. At the meeting, professor David simulated the intervention of ADHD children and Shared the intervention methods and means of ADHD children. Participants asked questions and interacted with expert actively.

  After the seminar, the leading group of Third Hospital of Inner Mongolia Province accompanied the British expert to visit the outpatient department of the hospital, the psychosomatic health examination and health care center, the clinical psychology center, the children and adolescents mental health center, the hospital sleep medical center and other relevant departments for communication and discussion.

  The academic exchange activity in which the British mental health expert visited  Third Hospital of Inner Mongolia Province achieved full success and was recognized by Chinese and British medical colleagues. BHGF will continue to take advantage of the non-profit platform and build an exchange and cooperation platform between Chinese hospitals and internationally renowned medical institutions. Through a two-way communication approach of “sending out, inviting in”, it will provide domestic hospitals with high-end international personnel training and discipline construction, offering help and support to continuously improve the management capabilities and service levels of Chinese hospitals.
