BHGF与赣州市卫生和计划生育委员会签署战略合作协议

 2018年11月2日上午，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长一行到访赣州市卫生和计划生育委员会，并与赣州市卫生和计划生育委员会签署了战略合作协议，赣州市人民医院和赣南医学院附属医院分别签署了项目实施协议。赣州市卫计委及市直医疗卫生单位主要负责人参与了会议，会议由赣州市卫计委李小才副主任主持。

 刘春文书记对陈冉理事长一行的到来表示欢迎，并对北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）多年来支持革命老区、赣州市卫生健康事业发展表示衷心感谢！刘书记指出，要充分认识到此次深化战略合作的重大意义，做好合作规划并统筹推进项目，建立稳定的对接合作机制。主动加强沟通对接，积极争取BHGF把更丰富的公益资源优势与赣州市的人才培养需求对接，为赣州市卫生医疗人才成长搭建高水平的国际国内平台。

BHGF陈冉理事长表示，基金会一直致力于搭建国际合作交流高端平台，通过“送出去，请进来”的双向交流方式，在人才培养和学科建设等方面为国内医疗卫生机构提供帮助和支持，达到提升医疗卫生机构的管理能力和医疗服务水平的目的。希望此次战略合作协议的签署，进一步助力于赣南老区卫生健康事业的发展，造福于当地及周边地区的百姓健康，并带动更多区域医疗机构的共同发展。

会议邀请了赣州市通过BHGF交流平台赴外研修的学员代表参会，赣州市第三人民医院陈怡文院长、赣南医学院第一附属医院衷敬华医师、赣州市妇幼保健院刘桂荣医师、赣州市人民医院张金凤副主任先后交流了学习感言和学习归来后开展的工作。

 会议最后，赣州市卫计委书记、主任刘春文，赣州市人民医院副书记、院长赖卫国，赣南医学院附属医院副书记李良东分别代表单位与BHGF签署了战略合作协议和项目实施协议。

BHGF Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Health and Family Planning Commission of Ganzhou City

 On the morning of November 2, 2018, Chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) visited Health and Family Planning Commission of Ganzhou City and signed strategic cooperation agreement with Health and Family Planning Commission of Ganzhou City. BHGF signed Project implementation agreement with Ganzhou people's Hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College. The leaders of Health and Family Planning Commission of Ganzhou City and the related subordinate hospitals participated in the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Li Xiaocai, deputy director of Health and Family Planning Commission of Ganzhou City.

 Liu chunwen Secretary warmly welcomed the arrival of Chairman Chen Ran and her delegation, and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Beijing Huatong Guokang  Foundation (BHGF) for supporting the long-term health care industry development of such revolutionary old district in Ganzhou! Secretary Liu pointed out that it is necessary to fully realize the significance of the deepening strategic cooperation, which helps to push and plan overall programs and establish stable cooperation mechanism. He stated that they wish to actively strengthen communication and cooperation in order to strive richer public resources of BHGF to link the talent training needs of Ganzhou City, and build a high-level international and domestic platform for the growth of health and medical talents in Ganzhou.

 Chairman of BHGF Chen Ran said that the Foundation has been committed to building a high-level platform for international cooperation and exchange, and providing assistance ,support to domestic medical and health institutions in terms of personnel training and discipline construction through the two-way communication method of “send out, invite in”. To achieve the purpose of improving the management capacity and medical service level of medical and health institutions. She hoped that the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will further help the development of health and health in the old areas of southern Jiangxi, benefits the local and surrounding areas, and promote the common development of more regional medical institutions.

 The meeting invited representatives who had already studied abroad through BHGF. Chen Yiwen, Dean of the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou City, Dr. Jing Jinghua, the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College, and Dr. Liu Guirong of Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Ganzhou Deputy Director Zhang Jinfeng of the Municipal People's Hospital exchanged shared the learning  experience in other counties.

   At the end of the meeting, Liu Chunwen, secretary and director of Health and Family Planning Commission of Ganzhou , deputy secretary and dean of the People's Hospital of Ganzhou City Lai Weiguo, and Li Liangdong, deputy secretary of the Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College, signed Project implementation agreement with BHGF.
