德国专家一行访问四川省三家医院

2018年10月30日-11月1日，在北京华通国康公益基金会（Beijing Huatong Guokang Goundation, BHGF）的支持协调下，德国比勒费尔德基督教医院儿外科主任Dr. Michael Barthel先生、德国帕达博恩兄弟基金会医院脊柱外科副主任 Dr. Szabolcs Szeöke先生一行分别对成都市第三人民医院、四川省人民医院、自贡市第一人民医院进行参访并做了学术交流。

 访问期间，四川省人民医院邓绍平院长，成都市第三人民医院徐俊波院长，自贡市第一人民医院姜晓艳书记、丁中印院长分别带领各自医院工作团队对德国专家的参访进行了接待，并向德国专家介绍了医院基本建设、人员构成以及医疗、科研教学等工作情况。三家医院相关领导和德国专家均表示感谢BHGF提供的中德医学交流机会，期望能在未来进一步加强双方的合作，开展更多的中德医学专家互访活动，促进双方在人才培养、科研教学、学科建设等方面的发展。

在访问的过程中，德国专家一行参观了三家医院的相关科室包括骨科脊柱外科、神经外科、儿科、手术室等，了解了相关科室的业务开展、部门管理、质量管控、人才培养情况，并与中方医护同仁们进行病例讨论和手术方法探讨，带来了前沿医学知识和医疗技术信息。Dr. Michael Barthel先生和Dr. Szabolcs Szeöke先生分别就“German healthcare system, the paediatric surgical clinic in Bielefeld and the way we do paediatric surgery” “The Surgeon and The Robot at the Spine (minimal invasive robot assisted spine surgery”进行了主题讲座，参访医院医护人员积极提问，与德国专家交流活跃。

此次德国专家访问四川省三家医院的学术交流活动取得了圆满成功，并得到了中德两方医护同仁的认可和好评。BHGF也将继续发挥公益性平台的优势，搭建中国医院与国际知名医疗机构的交流合作平台，通过“送出去，请进来”的双向交流方式，在高端国际人才培养和学科建设等方面为国内医院提供帮助和支持，不断提升中国医院的管理能力和服务水平。

德国比勒费尔德基督教医院是一家综合性医院，也是北威州基督教医院协会成员。医院共有4100多名医务人员，1500张床位。医院同时还是明斯特医学院的实习医院，设有麻醉科、外科、内科、五官科、核放射科、骨科、放射科、泌尿科、胸外科、妇科、血液科、腹腔中心、乳腺治疗中心、儿科中心、癫痫病治疗中心、泌尿抑制中心、呼吸科中心、神经科中心、前列腺中心、产科中心、外伤中心、肿瘤中心、外伤治疗中心、残疾治疗中心等30个科室和治疗和研究中心。

德国帕达博恩兄弟基金会医院成立于1902年，位于德国帕达博恩市，由玛丽亚•希勒夫兄弟建立。后由Krankenhausfortführung兄弟接手医院，并出资建设。经过无数次翻新和重建，近年来德国帕达博恩约瑟夫基金会兄弟医院逐渐发展成一个现代的综合性医院，设有外科、内科、五官科、核医疗放射科、骨科、放射科、泌尿科、胸外科、妇科、血液科麻醉科等14个科室和治疗与研究中心。

German Experts Visit Three Hospitals in Sichuan Province

 From October 30th to November 1st, 2018, under the support and coordination of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), Dr. Michael Barthel, Director of Paediatric Surgery Department of Evangelisches Klinikum Bethel, and Dr. Szabolcs Szeöke, Vice Director of Spine Surgery Department of Brüderkrankenhaus St. Josef Paderborn from Germany, visited The Third People’s Hospital of Chengdu, Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital, Zigong First People’s Hospital and made academic exchanges respectively.

  During this visit, Mr. Deng Shaoping, President of Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital, Mr. Xu Junbo, President of The Third People’s Hospital of Chengdu, Ms. Jiang Xiaoyan, Party Secretary and Mr. Ding Zhongyin, the President of Zigong First People’s Hospital led the hospital team to introduce German experts their hospitals’ basic construction, personnel composition, and medical, teaching, and scientific research work. The leaders of the three hospitals and German experts expressed their gratitude to BHGF for its contribution to the China-Germany Medical Exchange. They hope to further strengthen the cooperation between the two sides and carry out more exchange visits between Chinese and German medical experts, better promote the development of both sides’ talents training, scientific research, teaching, and discipline construction.

 The German experts visited the relevant departments of the three hospitals, including orthopedic spine surgery department, neurosurgery department, pediatric department and operating room etc., better understood the profession development of various departments, discussed with the Chinese doctors and nurses on case analysis and surgical methods which brought Chinese medical staff a lot of cutting-edge medical knowledge and medical technology information. Dr. Michael Barthel and Dr. Szabolcs Szeöke held theme lecture on the topic of “German healthcare system, the paediatric surgical clinic in Bielefeld and the way we do paediatric surgery” “The Surgeon and The Robot at the Spine (minimal invasive robot assisted spine surgery”. In the lectures, visiting hospitals’ doctors and nurses proposed questions warmly and interacted actively with German experts.

 The German experts’ visit in three hospitals in Sichuan Province and the academic exchange activities have achieved great success. It has been recognized and praised by both Chinese and German medical professionals. BHGF will continue to take advantage of its non-profit platform and build an exchange and cooperation platform between Chinese hospitals and internationally renowned medical institutions. Through a two-way communication approach of “sending out, inviting in”, it will provide domestic hospitals with high-end international personnel training and discipline construction, offering help and support to continuously improve the management capabilities and service levels of Chinese hospitals.

 Evangelisches Klinikum Bethel is a general hospital and a member of the North Rhine-Westphalia Christian Hospital Association. The hospital has more than 4,100 medical staff and 1,500 beds. The hospital is also an internship hospital for Münster Medical School, with anesthesiology, surgery, internal medicine, ENT, nuclear radiology, orthopedics, radiology, urology, thoracic surgery, gynecology, hematology, abdominal center, breast treatment center, Pediatric Center, Epilepsy Treatment Center, Urinary Repression Center, Respiratory Center, Neurology Center, Prostate Center, Obstetrics Center, Trauma Center, Cancer Center, Trauma Treatment Center, and Disability Treatment Center, all together 30 departments, treatment and research centers.

 Brüderkrankenhaus St. Josef Paderborn was founded in 1902 and located in Paderborn, Germany. And it was founded by the Maria Hillew brothers. After the Krankenhausfortführung brothers took over the hospital and funded the construction, and after numerous renovations and reconstructions, Brüderkrankenhaus St. Josef Paderborn has developed into a modern comprehensive hospital in recent years, with surgery, internal medicine, ENT, nuclear medicine, orthopedics, radiology, urology thoracic surgery, gynecology, and hematology anesthesiology in all 14 departments, treatment and research centers.
