“健康中国”医院管理赴上海公益交流学习顺利完成

 2018年12月7日-9日，由北京华通国康公益基金会(BHGF)和上海交通大学中国医院发展研究院共同组织，上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院、上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院联合承办的“健康中国”医院管理公益交流活动在上海顺利举行。由来自海南省、甘肃省、新疆的卫生主管部门组织的近60位医院院长及卫生行政管理干部组成。

 上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院徐伟平副院长、上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院李国红副院长热情接待了交流学习团，并感谢北京华通国康公益基金会(BHGF)和上海交通大学中国医院发展研究院对承办医院的信任和支持，同时对大家的到访表示欢迎。他们表示本次公益行活动得到了交大医学院和医院领导的高度重视和大力支持，希望通过本次交流促进医院间的互相学习和共同发展。同时也希望交流团可以充分交流、总结实践，借助“健康中国”医院管理项目平台，进一步提升医疗服务能力和水平，为中东西部医疗事业发展提供更大的助力。本次交流活动的课程将结合医院的自身发展，在医联体、医院信息化建设、以及具有上海特色的“申康”模式等方面进行充分的交流和沟通。

 来自新疆维吾尔自治区卫生健康委员会彭永巡视员、海南省卫生健康委员会医政医管处肖璇副处长、甘肃省医院协会余勤会长作为参会代表，分别对主办单位北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）和上海交通大学中国医院发展研究院，以及承办单位上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院、上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院精心组织的公益活动表示感谢，并对诸位讲师的授课给予了充分肯定和认可，认为此次培训展现了国内医院的管理水平、在医院建设方面取得的成就以及对国家政策的正确解读，内容深刻实用，将在今后的工作实践中充分借鉴应用，把提升基层医疗服务做到实处。

北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）理事长陈冉女士在致辞中提到，BHGF作为一家由民政部门正式批准的公益慈善组织，一直致力于搭建“健康中国”公益交流平台，通过国内医院分享专科特色和管理内涵，帮助到中东部地区更多医院共同发展和进步，让老百姓在当地能享受到良好的医疗水平和服务。陈理事长特别感谢以上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院、上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院为代表的国内医院为公益交流活动尽心尽力和勇于担当，为来自各省的医务同仁们提供了大力帮助和支持。

本次“健康中国”医院管理公益交流活动分别就“医院新时代与发展新战略”、“市级医院管理 ”、“新华崇明医联体实践”、“临床研究中心建设的实践与思考”、“依托改革，助推上海医疗服务品牌建设”、“中医药国际化现状与展望”、“新时代下的医院信息化建设”等专题进行了交流。在上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院，交流团实地参观了临床研究中心，以及很有特色的新华哈佛医学与创新合作中心。

BHGF立项开展“健康中国”医院管理公益交流项目，旨在加强东中西部地区间医院的交流，通过实地考察、精品课程和经验分享等方式，借助国内大型医院在医院发展、学科建设、科研教学及人才培养等方面的成功思路和经验，提升各地公立医院发展水平，带动当地基层医院发展，促进医联体建设和分级诊疗实施，从而实现医疗资源合理利用和全民健康的目标。

The “Healthy China” Hospital Management Public Welfare Exchange Activity Held Successfully in Shanghai

On December 7th-9th, 2018, The “Healthy China” hospital management public welfare exchange activity, jointly organized by Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) and Development Research Institute of China Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University, jointly undertaken by Xinhua Hospital and the Ninth People's Hospital affiliated to Medicine School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University,was successfully held in Shanghai.It consisted of nearly 60 hospital presidents and health administrative cadres organized by the health authorities from Hainan Province, Gansu Province and Xinjiang.

 Xu Weiping, Vice President of Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Medicine School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Li Guohong, Vice President of the Ninth People's Hospital affiliated to Medicine School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, warmly received the exchange group and thanked for the trust and support from Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) and Development Research Institute of China Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and welcomed everyone's visit. They said that this charity event has received great attention and strong support from leaders of the medicine school and hospitals of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.They hoped that this exchange will promote mutual learning and common development among hospitals. At the same time, They hoped that the exchange group can fully communicate and summarize the practice, and further enhance the medical service capacity and level with the help of the “Healthy China” hospital management project platform, and provide greater assistance for the development of the medical industry in the West, Middle and East China. The course of this exchange activity will be combined with the hospital's own development to have considerate communication and exchange in the medical union, hospital information construction, and the “Shenkang” model with Shanghai characteristics.

 Peng Yong, inspector from the Health Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Xiao Xuan, deputy director of the Health Commission of Hainan, and Chairman Yu Qin of the Gansu Provincial Hospital Association, respectively appreciated the organizer and host,namely Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) and Development Research Institute of China Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xinhua Hospital and the Ninth People's Hospital affiliated to Medicine School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The lectures have been fully affirmed and recognized. The training demonstrated the management level of first-class hospitals in China, the achievements in hospital construction, and the correct interpretation of national policies. The content is profound and practical, and will be fully used in future work practice to improve the basic medical services.

 Ms. Chen Ran, Chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), mentioned in her speech that BHGF, as a charitable organization officially approved by the civil affairs department, has been committed to building a “healthy China” public welfare exchange platform. Through the sharing of specialties and management connotation in domestic first-class hospitals, we will help more hospitals in the central and eastern regions to develop and progress together, so that ordinary people can enjoy first-class medical care and services in the local areas. Chairman Chen is particularly grateful to the first-class hospitals represented by Xinhua Hospital and the Ninth People's Hospital affiliated to Medicine School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University for being dedicated and courageous for public welfare exchange, providing great help and support for medical colleagues from all provinces.

 This “Healthy China” hospital management public welfare exchange activities covered different topics,such as"Hospitals New Era and New Development Strategies", "Municipal Hospital Management", "Xinhua Chongming Medical Union Practice", "Practice and Thinking of Clinical Research Center Construction", "Relying on Reform, Boosting Shanghai Medical Service Brand Building", " The Status Quo and Prospects of Internationalization of Chinese Medicine" and "Informatization Construction of Hospitals in the New Era". At the Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, the exchange team visited the clinical research center and the unique Xinhua-Harvard Medical and Innovation Cooperation Center.

 BHGF initiated the “Healthy China” Hospital Management Public Welfare Exchange Program to strengthen the exchange between hospitals in the eastern, central and western regions. Through field visits, quality courses and experience sharing, we will use the successful ideas and experiences in hospital development, discipline construction, research and teaching, and personnel training from domestic first-class and large-scale hospitals to enhance the development level of public hospitals, boost the development of local primary hospitals, promote the construction of medical union and the implementation of grading diagnosis and treatment, so as to achieve the goal of rational use of medical resources and health for all.
