BHGF与河南大学第一附属医院签署战略合作

2018年12月21日上午，河南大学第一附属医院张双林院长、河南大学国际合作处张波处长、河南大学第一附属医院刘志刚副院长、人力资源部刘闯主任等一行到访北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF），双方进行工作洽谈并签署战略合作。

 BHGF理事长陈冉女士介绍BHGF开展公益活动的基本情况，致力于搭建国际合作交流高端平台，通过扶持智力促进中国医疗卫生事业的发展。BHGF目前所开展项目已涵盖卫生管理干部、学科带头人、医护专业技术人员等多层级的人才培养，并邀请国外知名医学专家到中国交流访问，为国内各级医院提供持续性的帮助和公益支持。

张双林院长表示，为进一步增强医院核心竞争力，推进医学学科双一流建设，强力推进医院人才与国外知名医疗机构交流学习活动，加快人才队伍培养。采取“引进来，走出去”战略，积极邀请国外知名医学专家来院交流；按照医院管理干部、学科带头人、业务骨干、护士长等多个层级，分批送到欧美及新加坡、台湾等国家及地区轮训，全面提升医院管理和医疗护理整体水平，促进医院快速发展。

河南大学第一附属医院始建于1949年，2000年并入河南大学，成为河南大学第一附属医院，医院开放床位1600余张，职工1700余人，是一所集医疗、教学、科研、预防、康复和急救为一体的省直综合性三级医院。是国家首批全科医师规范化培训基地、国家住院医师规范化培训基地、教育部卓越医生教育培训计划基地。

BHGF Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University

 On December 21st, 2018, a delegation of Henan University and its first affiliated hospital visited Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), including Zhang Shuanglin, the president of The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University, Zhang Bo,the director of International Cooperation Office of Henan University, Liu Zhigang, the vice president, and Liu Chuang, director HR department of The First  Affiliated Hospital of Henan University. A working meeting was held and a strategic cooperation agreement has been signed. 

 Ms. Chen Ran, Chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) introduced the basic condition of public welfare activities carried out by BHGF. BHGF has been working on establishing an advanced international exchange and cooperation platform, and promoting Chinese medical developement by supporting intelligence. Currently BHGF has carried out multiple-levels programs, covering healthcare management executives, academic leaders, and professional medical and nursing specialists, and has invited world-renowned experts to make academic exchanges in China, which supplied a continuous help and public support for Chinese hospitals. 

 President Zhang Shuanglin said that in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital, promote the medical discipline double first class construction, strengthen the academic exchange with internationally-famous medical institutions, and accelerate the training of qualified personnels, we should carried out the strategy of “inviting in and sending out”. We should invite foreign well-known experts to visit our hospital for academic exchanges, and send the management executives, academic leaders, head nurses to Europe, America, Singapore and Taiwan for training, which would promote the management and nursing level of the hospital, and accelerate the hospital development. 

 The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University was founded in 1949, and was incorporated into Henan University in 2000. The hospital is a provincial general tertiary hospital integrated with medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, rehabilitation and first aid with over 1600 beds and over 1700 employees. It is one of the first national standardized training bases for general practitioners, the national standardized training base for resident physicians, and the education and training program base for excellent doctors under the ministry of education.
