BHGF与山东省千佛山医院签署战略合作

2019年1月8日上午，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）理事长陈冉女士一行到访山东省千佛山医院并签署战略合作协议。山东省千佛山医院党委书记王一兵、副院长刘效良、副院长许翠萍、副院长王文奇及医院相关职能部门负责人出席签署仪式。

 山东省千佛山医院王一兵书记对陈冉理事长带领公益基金会所做的公益事业表示高度认可。王书记表示，医院将充分利用BHGF在医疗领域的高端优质平台，选拔专业骨干人员和管理干部到海外知名医疗机构研修，学习国际先进管理经验和技术，推动医院的学科建设和人才培养，进一步提高医院诊疗技术和管理水平。

BHGF陈冉理事长介绍了基金会的基本情况和在人才培养方面所取得的工作进展。陈冉理事长表示，目前基金会所开展的业务不仅能帮助医务人员成长、加强学科建设和提升医院内涵，也为中国各级医院之间、中国医院与国际顶尖医疗机构之间搭建交流合作平台。BHGF将根据医院发展的具体需求，给予精准的、持续性的帮助和公益支持，既让医务人员有价值感和幸福感，也让百姓可以在当地享受到良好的医疗服务。

 山东省千佛山医院始建于1960年，是一所集医疗、教学、科研、康复、保健、预防、急救于一体的三级甲等综合性医院。目前医院在职职工3607人，开放床位2813张。是国家心血管病专科医师规范化培训基地、住院医师规范化培训基地，临床护理为国家临床重点专科。

BHGF Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital

 On January 8th, 2019, Ms. Chen Ran, Chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), led a team spared a visiting to Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital and strategic cooperation agreement has been signed. The secretary of the party committee Mr. Wang Yibing, the vice president Mr. Liu Xiaoliang, Xu Cuiping and Wang Wenqi, and the relevant functional departments of the hospital attended the signing ceremony.

 Mr. Wang Yibing, the secretary of the party committee of Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital  highly recognized the public welfare undertakings led by Chairman Chen Ran. He said that the hospital will select professional backbone personnel and management cadres to study in well-known overseas medical institutions and learn international advanced management experience and technology making full use of BHGF's high-end and high-quality platform in the medical field so that the hospital will benefit a lot in the promotion of hospital discipline construction and talent training, and improvement of hospital diagnosis and treatment technology and management level.

 Chairman Chen Ran of BHGF, introduced the basic situation of public welfare activities and the progress made in personnel training. Chairman Chen Ran said that the current programs carried out by BHGF can not only help medical staff to grow, strengthen discipline construction and enhance hospital connotation, but also build a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese hospitals at all levels, and also between Chinese hospitals and international top medical institutions. BHGF will provide accurate and continuous help and public welfare support according to the specific needs of the development of the hospital, which will not only make the medical staff feel valuable and happy, but also enable the local people to enjoy first-class medical services.

 Established in 1960, Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital is a three-level comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, rehabilitation, health care, prevention and first aid. At present, the hospital has 3,607 employees and 2,813 open beds. It is a standardized training base for national cardiovascular disease specialists, and a standardized training base for residents and clinical nursing is a national key clinical specialty.
