BHGF与山东省立医院签署战略合作

2019年1月9日，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）理事长陈冉女士一行到访山东省立医院并签署战略合作协议。山东省立医院党委书记赵升田，党委委员、副院长肖伟及相关职能部门负责人出席了签约仪式。

 山东省立医院赵升田书记对陈冉理事长一行的到来表示欢迎，并充分肯定战略合作协议签署的意义。赵书记表示，本次战略合作协议的签署，是实施山东省立医院振兴战略的重要举措，旨在借助BHGF国际化合作平台，推动医院与国内外知名医疗机构共同开展科研合作、人才交流等活动。希望通过此次合作促进人才培养和学科建设再上新台阶，为医院培养出更多国际化的医疗专业和管理专业人才。

BHGF陈冉理事长表示，BHGF一直致力于搭建国际合作交流高端公益性平台，促进我国医疗卫生事业、特别是区域医疗中心的发展，为当地培养出医疗水平的医学人才、加强学科建设和医院内涵提升，让百姓不出当地就能享受到良好的医疗水平。希望通过此次战略合作协议的签署，助力山东省立医院在人才培养、学科建设、科研合作、学术交流等方面的进步和发展，造福于当地及周边地区的百姓健康，并带动更多区域医疗机构的共同发展。

山东省立医院于1897年建院，现已发展成为集医疗、科研、教学、预防保健、指导基层为一体的大型综合性三级甲等公立医院，同时挂牌山东省立医院集团、山东大学附属省立医院、山东省红十字会医院、山东省临床医学研究院。医院有两个院区，开放床位3500余张，年门急诊量350余万人次，年出院患者14万人次，手术6.9万台次。

BHGF Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shandong Provincial Hospital

 On January 9th, 2019, a delegation of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) headed by its chairman Ms.Chen Ran visited Shandong Provincial Hospital, where the two sides signed a bilateral strategic cooperation agreement. Zhao Shengtian, Secretary of the hospital, Xiao Wei, Deputy Dean as well as other related departments heads were among the attendees who witnessed this event. 

 On behalf of the hospital , Zhao extended his sincere welcome to the delegation, giving his full affirmation of what the agreement means to his hospital. This agreement, aiming to promote the scientific research cooperation and talent exchange between the hospital and its well-known counterparts both at home and abroad via the international platform built by BHGF, is a crucial step in its development strategy, Zhao said. He also hoped that this agreement would generate new progress in the hospital’s talent development and discipline build-up, bringing more medical as well as management professionals with international views. 

 BHGF has always been committed to building a high-end public welfare platform for international cooperation and exchange to promote the development of China’s medical and health undertakings , especially the regional medical centers, cultivating medical talents with first-class medical standards, strengthening hospitals’discipline construction, so that all local hospitals can offer their citizens first-class medical service, said Ms.Chen Ran. Besides, she also hoped that their  agreement will bolster up the hospital to  make new progress in the development of personnel training, discipline construction, scientific research cooperation, academic exchanges, etc, thus, benefiting local people as well as people in the surrounding areas, and promoting the development of more medical institutions in this region.  

 Founded in 1897, Shandong Provincial Hospital has developed into a comprehensive three-tier hospital integrating medical care,scientific research, teaching, prevention health care, grassroots level guidance, meanwhile, it is also listed as Shandong Provincial Hospital Group, Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University, Shandong Red Cross Hospital, as well as Shandong Provincial Clinical Medical Research Institute. With two separate hospital districts, the hospital is home to 3500 ward beds, with  more than 3.5 million emergency visits per year, 140,000 patient discharges per year, and 69,000 surgeries.
