“健康中国”医院管理公益交流项目赴广东学习顺利完成

2019年3月15-16日，由北京华通国康公益基金会(BHGF)支持、浙江、湖北和云南省卫生主管部门共同组织、广东省人民医院和南方医科大学南方医院联合承办的“健康中国”医院管理公益交流活动在广州顺利举行。学员由来自浙江省、云南省、湖北省和山西省的80多位医院院长及卫生行政管理干部，以及来自两家承办医院邀请的50余名医联体领导干部组成。

广东省人民医院余学清院长、南方医科大学南方医院李文源院长热情接待了交流学习团，并感谢各省卫健委及北京华通国康公益基金会(BHGF)对承办医院的信任和支持，希望能够以此次公益行活动为契机，进一步加强与各省卫生行政管理部门和医院间的交流合作，取长补短，共同推进我国公立医院的建设和发展。同时也希望交流团可以借助“健康中国”医院管理项目平台，进一步提升医疗服务能力和水平，为中东西部医疗事业发展提供更大的助力。

昆明医科大学第一附属医院院长王昆华、浙江省人民医院党委书记黄东胜、恩施州中心医院院长李拓等参会领导作为代表致辞，分别对所在省份卫生主管部门、北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF），以及承办单位广东省人民医院、南方医科大学南方医院精心组织的公益活动表示感谢。在交流过程中，大家深刻体会到广东省在新时代下，在公立医院建设和管理方面取得的巨大进步，分享的关于加强学科人才建设和促进医院可持续发展等方面的内容深刻实用，将在今后的工作实践中充分借鉴应用，把提升基层医疗服务做到实处。

北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）理事长陈冉女士在致辞中提到，BHGF作为一家由民政部门正式批准的公益组织，一直致力于搭建“健康中国”公益交流平台，通过国内医院分享专科特色和管理内涵，帮助到中东部地区更多医院共同发展和进步，让老百姓在当地能享受到良好的医疗水平和服务。陈理事长特别感谢以广东省人民医院、南方医科大学南方医院为代表的国内医院为公益交流活动尽心尽力和勇于担当，为来自各省的医务同仁们提供了大力帮助和支持。

本次“健康中国”医院管理公益交流活动分别就“新时代公立医院的建设和管理思考 ”、“上海市级医院绩效管理的实践与思考”、“以临床试验驱动学科发展”、“以优势学科带动学科群建设的实践探索”、“基于病人安全目标的质量改进”、“搭建公益交流平台，促进人才培养和学科建设”、“加强学科人才建设促进医院可持续发展”、“研究型专科建设”等专题进行了交流。并实地参访了广东省人民医院心脏病研究所、南方医科大学南方医院国家肾脏病医学研究中心。

BHGF立项开展“健康中国”医院管理公益交流项目，旨在加强东中西部地区间医院的交流，通过实地考察、精品课程和经验分享等方式，借助国内大型医院在医院发展、学科建设、科研教学及人才培养等方面的成功思路和经验，提升各地公立医院发展水平，带动各地基层医院发展，促进医联体建设和分级诊疗实施，从而实现医疗资源合理利用和全民健康的目标。

"Healthy China" Hospital Management Public Welfare Exchange Program Completed Successfully in Guangdong

 From March 15 to 16, 2019, the "Healthy China" Hospital Management Public Welfare Exchange was successfully held in Guangzhou, supported by Beijing Huatong Guokang Public Welfare Foundation (BHGF), jointly organized by health authorities in Zhejiang, Hubei and Yunnan Province, and associated by Guangdong People's Hospital and Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University.The trainees are composed of presidents and health administration officials of more than 80 hospitals from Zhejiang, Yunnan, Hubei and Shanxi provinces, as well as more than 50 medical consortium leaders invited by the two undertake hospitals.

 Yu Xueqing, President of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital,and Li Wenyuan,president of Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University,warmly received the exchange study group and expressed their gratitude to the provincial health committees and  BHGF for their trust and support to the hospital. They hope to take this public welfare activity as an opportunity to further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with the provincial health administrative departments and hospitals, learn from each other and jointly promote the construction and development of public hospitals in China.Meanwhile, they also hope that the delegation can enhance the ability and level of medical services by means of the "Healthy China" hospital management project platform, and provide greater support for the development of medical services in the eastern and Western regions.

 Speaking as representatives, Wang Kunhua, President of First Affilitated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, Huang Dongsheng,Secretary of the party committee from Zhengjiang Provincial People’s Hospital, and Li Tuo, Director of Enshi Central Hospital  ,expressed their gratitude to the health authorities, BHGF, as well as the organizer Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital and Southern Medical University Nanfang Hospital for their well-organized public welfare activities. In the process of communication, we profoundly realize that Guangdong Province has made great progress in the construction and management of public hospitals in the new era.They shared profound and practical contents on strengthening the construction of disciplinary talents and promoting the sustainable development of hospitals, which will be fully used for reference in future work and practice, so as to realize the promotion of grass-roots medical services.

  Chen Ran, Chairman of BHGF mentioned that BHGF is a public welfare  organization officially approved by the Civil Affairs Department, has been committed to building a "healthy China" public welfare exchange platform, By sharing the specialty features and management connotation of domestic first-class hospitals, we can help more hospitals in the central and eastern regions to develop and progress together, so that the local people can enjoy first-class medical treatment and services. Chairman Chen showed her special appreciation to the first-class hospitals in China, which represented by Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital and Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University, for they have made great efforts and assumed great responsibilities for the public welfare exchange activities, and provided great help and support to the medical colleagues from all provinces.

  We exchange respectively on "the construction and management of public hospitals in the new era", "the practice and thinking of performance management in Shanghai-level hospitals", "the development of disciplines driven by clinical trials", "the practice and exploration of disciplines driven by dominant disciplines", "quality improvement based on patient safety goals" and "building public welfare exchange platform to promote talent cultivation and discipline construction”, “strengthening discipline talent construction to promote sustainable development of hospitals”, and “research-oriented specialty construction”in this  "Healthy China" hospital management public welfare exchange activities  We also visited the Institute of Cardiology, Guangdong People's Hospital and the National Center for Nephrology Medicine, Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University.

  BHGF initiated the project of "Healthy China" Hospital Management Public Interest Exchange, aiming at strengthening the exchanges between hospitals in the east, central and West regions.Through on-the-spot investigation, fine courses and experience sharing, with the domestic first-class large hospital in the hospital development, discipline construction, scientific research, and the success of teaching and talent training ideas and experiences, we try to enhance the level of public hospital development around and driving the development of grassroots hospitals across, promote the construction of medical couplet body and grading diagnosis and treatment, so as to achieve the goal of rational utilization of medical resources and national health.
