BHGF第三期医院信息化建设公益项目顺利完成

2019年3月22-23日，由北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）联合泰达国际心血管病医院（简称“泰心医院”）共同组织的“BHGF第三期医院信息化建设公益项目”在天津顺利完成。来自山西省卫生健康委员会、山东省千佛山医院、山西医科大学第一医院、广东省人民医院、延安大学附属医院、江苏省肿瘤医院、河南大学淮河医院、十堰市太和医院等31家单位领导及医院信息部、医务部、护理部等相关部门负责人，共计129人参加了本期项目。

 学员们在泰心医院得到了董军副院长所带领团队的热情接待。泰心医院讲师团队并分别就HIMSS认证标准、信息系统演示、闭环管理等方面进行了全方位解读并分享了自己的成功经验。会议还特别邀请起草国家智慧医院标准规范体系的相关专家详细解读了《全国医院信息化建设标准与规范》，指导医院按照国家标准规范建设智慧医院，从HIMSS评审、互联互通标准化成熟度测评、智慧医院评价等不同的角度评价医院的信息化建设水平。

会议还特别邀请了延安大学附属医院李小龙院长、北京积水潭医院甄健存主任分别就智慧医院建设及处方通实践的相关经验、处方点评与处方前置审核标准制定等进行了深入沟通。

与会人员对北京华通国康公益基金会和泰达国际心血管病医院的精心安排和丰富实用的课程给予了充分肯定和认可。通过分享我国首家同时通过JCI和HIMSS7级双重认证的医院的成功经验，让学员们了解到加强医院信息化建设，是提高医院管理水平、促进医院内涵科学发展和全面建设的重要保证，活动收益良好。

 北京华通国康公益基金会联合泰达国际心血管病医院，根据各家医院的实际需求立项开展医院信息化建设公益项目，旨在充分发挥公益基金会的社会公益平台作用，加快各级医院和专家团队在信息化建设方面的协同协作。发挥泰心医院和国家制定标准的专家优势和成功经验，通过集中授课、案例讨论和分层辅导等方式，帮助各医院在信息化建设的过程中更好地适应现代化医院科学管理的需要，逐步达到智慧医院的建设要求。

Issuing of Certificates 

The 3st Informatization Construction Welfare Program of BHGF was Completed Successfully

 From March 22 to 23, 2019, the 3rd phase of BHGF Hospital Informatization Construction Public Welfare Project" jointly organized by Beijing Huatong Guokang Public Welfare Foundation (BHGF) and Teda International Cardiovascular Hospital (Taixin Hospital) was successfully completed in Tianjin.Leaders from 31 hospitals-- Shanxi Health Commission, Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital, Shanxi First Hospital of Medical University , Guangdong People's Hospital, Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital, Jiangsu Cancer Hospital, Huaihe Hospital of Henan University, Taihe Hospital of Shiyan City etc, and principles from relevant relevant departments such as Hospital Information Department, Medical Department and Nursing Department have participated in the project.

  The students were warmly received by the team led by Vice President Dong Jun in Taixin Hospital. The lecturer team of Taixin Hospital comprehensively interpreted and shared their successful experience on HIMSS certification standard, information system demonstration and closed-loop management.In particular, experts drafting the national standard system for intelligent hospitals were invited to interpret the National Standards and Norms for Hospital Informatization Construction in detail about guiding hospitals to build intelligent hospitals in accordance with national standards and norms. And they also evaluated the level of hospital informatization construction from different perspectives, such as HIMSS evaluation, interconnection standardization maturity evaluation, and intelligent hospital evaluation.

  President of Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital,Lee Xiaolong, and Director of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, Zhen Jiancun were invited in particular to have a deep communication on relevant experience of the construction of the Smart Hospital and the practice of prescription communication, prescription comment and the formulation of pre-prescription auditing standards.

 Participants fully affirmed and recognized the elaborate arrangement and rich practical courses of the Beijing Huatong Guokang Public Welfare Foundation and Teda International Cardiovascular Hospital. By sharing the successful experience of the first hospital in China which passed the double certification of JCI and HIMSS7, the students have known strengthening hospital informatization construction is the important guarantee to improve hospital management level and promote scientific development and comprehensive construction. We’ve owned a good benefit during this activity.

  Beijing Huatong Guokang Public Welfare Foundation, cooperate with Teda International Cardiovascular Hospital, has launched a public welfare project of hospital informatization construction in accordance with the actual needs of various hospitals, aiming at playing a public welfare platform role of the public welfare foundation and speeding up the collaboration of hospitals at all levels and expert teams in information construction. By giving full play to the advantages and successful experience of Taixin Hospital and the national standard-setting experts, they helped hospitals better adapt to the needs of scientific management of modern hospitals in the process of information construction and gradually meet the requirements of the construction of intelligent hospitals through centralized lectures, case discussions and layered counseling.
