BHGF与聊城市人民医院签署战略合作

   2019年6月18日上午，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长一行到访聊城市人民医院并签署战略合作协议。聊城市人民医院党委书记马胜军及医院相关科室负责人和医务人员参加了签约仪式。

签约会议由聊城市人民医院党委书记马胜军主持，聊城市人民医院医务处处长赵守国介绍了医院的发展情况。马书记表示，此次战略合作协议的签署对聊城市人民医院具有重要意义，这将使聊城市人民医院打开国际交流的通道，建立对外合作之路。今后医院将充分利用北京华通国康公益基金会的优质国际资源和公益性平台，瞄准国际高水平人才培养建设路径，通过与国际知名医疗机构的深入合作与交流，将国内外知名专家教授“请进来”，把医院优秀业务骨干“送出去”，全面提升医院人才临床技能、科研水平和创新能力。

北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长介绍了公益基金会的基本情况。近几年来，BHGF一直致力于搭建国际合作交流高端平台，宗旨是搭建国内外公益交流活动来促进我国医疗卫生事业、尤其支持贫困及基层地区医疗卫生事业发展，为当地培养出医疗水平的医学人才、加强学科建设和医院内涵提升，让百姓在当地能享受到良好的医疗水平。希望此次战略合作协议的签署，助力于聊城市人民医院在人才培养、学科建设、科研合作、学术交流等，同时能够帮助到聊城市人民医院的帮扶地区造福于当地及周边地区的百姓健康，并带动更多区域医疗机构的共同发展。

北京华通国康公益基金会作为国家正式批准的公益慈善组织，充分发挥资源优势和公益性平台，搭建“送出去、请进来”双向交流平台，为医院发展和医护人员成长提供持续性帮助。同时，积极参与扶贫济困的公益项目，为当地百姓健康保健护航。

聊城市人民医院是一所集医疗、教学、科研、康复、预防、保健于一体的三级甲等医院。医院建筑总面积29万余平方米，职工5400人，其中高级专业技术人员840人，博士、硕士1547人。设有72个临床医技科室，116个护理单元，编制床位2600张。医院拥有国家级、省级重点学科、临床重点专科、重点专业36个。口腔颌面-头颈外科、血管神经外科是山东省临床精品特色专科，器官移植科具有国家卫计委肝脏移植资质，心内科、儿科为“泰山学者”岗位, 病理科是国家卫计委“远程会诊专家成员单位”。

BHGF Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Liaocheng  People’s Hospital

On June 18th, 2019, a delegation of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) headed by chairman Chen Ran visited  Liaocheng People’s Hospital, where the two sides signed a bilateral strategic cooperation agreement. Ma Shengjun, Party Secretary of Liaocheng People’s Hospital and the leaders of relevant departments and some medical staff attended the signing ceremony.

  Ma Shengjun, Secretary of the party committee of the hospital, hosted the signing ceremony. Zhao Shouguo,Director of Medical services introduced the development of the hospital. Ma Shengjun addressed that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement is of great significance to liaocheng people's hospital, Liaocheng People’s Hospital should make full use of the excellent international resources and broad communication platform, so as to expand hospital foreign cooperation and exchange. By selecting professional backbones and management personnel to study abroad to learn advanced management experience and medical technology, in order to improve the clinical skills, scientific research and innovation ability of the hospital talents.

  Chairman Chen Ran from BHGF, introduced the basic situation of BHGF. In recent several years, BHGF has been working on establishing an advanced international exchange and cooperation platform, aiming to establish public welfare activities both at home and abroad to promote the development of medical and health undertakings in our country, especially the grassroots medical institutions, cultivate first-class medical talents, strengthen discipline construction and the level of the hospital connotation for the local people, so as to enable them enjoy the first-rate local medical sevices. She hoped that signing this strategic cooperation agreement will contribute to the hospital’s talent cultivation, discipline construction, scientific research cooperation and academic exchanges,etc.. And it also contribute to people’s health at local and surrounding areas, and bring more to the common development of regional medical institutions.

  Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) is a charity organization approved by the country. It gives full play to its advantages in resources and public welfare platforms, build the “sending out and inviting in” bilateral communication platform to provide continuous support for hospitals’ development and staff’s growth. Meanwhile, BHGF also actively participate in the public welfare projects of poverty alleviation to escort the health care of local people.

 Liaocheng People’s Hospital is a Class A tertiary comprehensive hospital with medical, teaching, research, prevention, rehabilitation, health care in one. The total construction area of the hospital is more than 290,000 square meters. The hospital has more than 5400 employees, including 840 senior professionals ，doctors and masters are 1547. There are 72 clinical departments, 116wards, 2600 beds. The hospital has 36 national and provincial key disciplines. Oral and maxillofacial plastic surgery specialty is A national grade A, prosthetic orthodontic professional one of the first national health industry vocational and technical training base, cardiology, pediatrics as "Taishan scholar" post, the pathology department is the national development planning commission "remote consultation expert member unit".
