“健康中国”医院管理公益交流项目赴浙江学习顺利完成

2019年5月17-18日，由北京华通国康公益基金会(BHGF)支持、浙江大学医学院附属第二医院、浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院联合承办的“健康中国”医院管理公益交流活动在杭州顺利举行。学员由来自河北、山东、重庆的60多位医院院长及卫生行政管理干部组成。

浙江大学医学院附属第二医院陈正英党委书记、浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院刘利民党委书记热情待了交流学习团，并感谢各省卫生主管部门的信任和支持。希望此次公益行活动可以进一步加强与各省的交流合作，借助“健康中国”医院管理项目平台，进一步提升医疗服务能力和水平，惠及广大患者，树立合作示范标杆。

河北省医院协会康诺敏秘书长、山东大学齐鲁医院李新钢院长、綦江区人民医院王江院长等参会领导作为代表致辞，分别对所在省市卫生主管部门、北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）以及浙江大学医学院附属第二医院，浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院精心组织的公益活动表示感谢。希望通过本次公益交流活动，加强与高水平同行之间的沟通交流，学习和借鉴在医院管理方面的工作经验，进一步开拓了工作思路与视野，促进资源共享，实现共同发展。

北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长在致辞中提到，BHGF作为民政部门正式批准的公益慈善组织，一直致力于搭建“健康中国”公益交流平台，通过国内医院分享专科特色和管理内涵，帮助到中东部地区更多医院共同发展和进步，让老百姓在当地能享受到良好的医疗水平和服务。陈理事长特别感谢以浙江大学医学院附属第二医院、浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院为代表的国内医院为公益交流活动的尽心尽力和勇于担当，为来自各省的医务同仁们提供了无私的帮助和支持。

本次“健康中国”医院管理公益交流活动分别就“如何提升患者就医体验”、“以高效、暖人的服务助力医疗服务‘最多跑一次’改革”、“高效行政的若干个思考”、“DRGs助力医院精细化管理”、“生死时速—中国空中急救时代来临了”、“搭建公益交流平台，促进人才培养和学科建设”、“智慧医院建设及处方通在‘互联网+医疗’服务中实践”、“可复制的‘邵医模式’”、“如何提升医院执行力”、“未来医院与智慧医疗”等专题进行了交流，并实地参访了浙江大学医学院附属第二医院滨江院区及解放路院区，浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院国际门诊中心及体检中心等科室。

BHGF立项开展“健康中国”医院管理公益交流项目，旨在加强东中西部地区间医院的交流，通过实地考察、精品课程和经验分享等方式，借助国内大型医院在医院发展、学科建设、科研教学及人才培养等方面的成功思路和经验，提升各地公立医院发展水平，带动各地基层医院发展，促进医联体建设和分级诊疗实施，从而实现医疗资源合理利用和全民健康的目标。

BHGF "Health China" Hospital Management Commonweal Exchange Program Successfully Completed in Zhejiang

 The "Health China" Commonweal Exchange Program，supported by Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation(BHGF),co-sponsored by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,has been successfully held in Hangzhou from May 17th to 18th, 2019. Over 60 health officer and hospital directors from Hebei Province, Shandong Province and Chongqing joined the event.

 Chen Zhengying, secretary of the Party committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and Liu Limin, secretary of the Party committee of the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, gave the exchange learning group a warm reception and thanked the relevant provincial health authorities for their trust and support.It is hoped that this charity event will further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with all provinces, and further enhance the capacity and level of medical services, benefiting broad patients and establishing a cooperative demonstration benchmark under the help of “Health China”platform.

 As the representative to attend the meeting, Kang Ruomin, the secretary-general of the Hebei Provincial Hospital Association, Li Xingang, the president of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, and Wang Jiang, the presidentof Qijiang District People’s Hosptial, expressed their gratitude to the BHGF, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine for their well-organized charity activity, hoping that through this commonweal exchange activity we can strengthen our communication and exchanges with high-level peers, learn work experience of hospital management, further expand the ideas and visions, promote resource-sharing and realize co-development.

 Ms Chen Ran, Chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), mentioned in her speech that BHGF, as a charitable organization officially approved by Ministry of Civil Affairs, has been committed to building a “Health China” commonweal exchange platform, helping more hospitals in the central and eastern regions develop and make progress together, benefiting local people with the first-class medical service by sharing medical specialties and management  essence from domestic first-class hospitals. Ms Chen is particularly grateful to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine for their great effort and responsibilities by providing unselfish support and help to medical colleagues from various provinces.

 The “Health China” activity respectively discussed the topics of “How to improve patients’ treatment experience”, “Using efficient and warm service to support China speed of medical reform”, “Several thinking on efficient administration”, “Hospital's refined management with the help of DRGs”, “Speed - the coming of China air emergency era", "Building a commonweal exchange platform and promoting talent cultivation and discipline construction", “Intelligent hospital construction and prescriptions in the practice of 'Internet + medical' services ", "Replicable 'Shaw Medical Model'", "How to improve Hospital’s ability of execution", "Future hospital and intelligent medical service" , and visited two branch campus of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and the International Outpatient Center and the Physical Examination Center of the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine .

 BHGF initiated the “Health China” hospital management exchange program with the aim to strengthen the exchanges between hospitals in the eastern, central and western regions, and to enhance the development of local public hospitals, drive various grass-roots hospital’s development and promote the construction of medical associations and the implementation of grading system, so as to achieve the goal of rational utilization of medical resources and the health of all people through hospital on-site visits, quality courses and experience sharing with the help of successful methods and experience involved in hospital development, discipline construction, and scientific research of domestic first-class hospitals.
