BHGF与广东省医院协会签署战略合作

2019年7月3日上午，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长一行到访广东省医院协会并签署战略合作协议。广东省医院协会黄力会长及副会长、秘书长刘敏娟，李书兰监事长等协会相关领导参加了签约仪式。

签约会议由广东省医院协会副会长、秘书长刘敏娟主持，广东省医院协会黄力会长介绍了协会的发展情况。黄会长表示，此次战略合作协议的签署对广东省医院协会具有重要意义，这将使协会及会员医疗机构打开国际交流的通道，建立对外合作之路。在秉承公益、相互信任、资源共享、服务为民的原则下，协会将积极组织会员医疗机构充分利用北京华通国康公益基金会的优质国际资源和公益性平台，瞄准国际高水平人才培养建设路径，通过与国际知名医疗机构的深入合作与交流，将国内外知名专家教授“请进来”，把医院优秀业务骨干“送出去”，全面提升医院人才临床技能、科研水平和创新能力。此外，双方还应积极寻找共同点，开展更多有利于社会有利于人民和国家的公益扶贫项目。

北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长介绍了公益基金会的基本情况。近几年来，基金会一直致力于搭建国际合作交流高端平台，宗旨是搭建国内外公益交流活动来促进我国医疗卫生事业、尤其支持贫困地区医疗卫生事业发展，为当地培养出医疗水平的医学人才、加强学科建设和医院内涵提升，让百姓在当地能享受到良好的医疗水平。希望此次战略合作协议的签署，助力广东省医院协会及其会员单位在人才培养、学科建设、科研合作、学术交流等方面的发展，同时能够帮助到广东省医院协会的帮扶地区，造福于当地的百姓健康，并带动更多区域医疗机构的共同发展。

北京华通国康公益基金会作为国家正式批准的公益慈善组织，充分发挥资源优势和公益性平台，搭建“送出去、请进来”双向交流平台，为医院发展和医护人员成长提供持续性帮助。同时，积极参与扶贫济困的公益项目，为当地百姓健康保健护航。

广东省医院协会成立于1980年，历经三十余载的发展历程，协会规模从小到大，实力从弱到强，迄今已成为全国同类协（学）会中影响力较大的协（学）会之一,被广东省民政厅评为全省先进民间组织、首批“5A”行业协会。目前协会下设专业委员会（分会）50多个，会员单位600多个；下设直属机构广东现代医院管理研究所、广东《现代医院》杂志社。协会积极为医疗机构提供全方位为服务，为全省医院管理者搭建学术交流平台，繁荣学术

BHGF Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Guangdong Province Hospital Association

On July 3rd, 2019, a delegation of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) headed by its chairman Ms.CHEN RAN, visited Guangdong Province Hospital Association, where the two sides signed a bilateral strategic cooperation agreement. HUANG LI, president of Guangdong Province Hospital Association, LIU MINJUAN, vice president and secretary-general of Guangdong Province Hospital Association, LI SHULAN, the chief supervisor as well as other related departments’ heads of the association were among the attendees who witnessed this event. 

 LIU MINJUAN, vice president secretary-general of Guangdong Province Hospital Association, hosted the signing ceremony.  HUANG LI, president of Guangdong Province Hospital Association introduced the development of the association and delivered a speech at the ceremony that it is of great significance for the association to establish a strategic cooperative agreement, and under this agreement, the association and its member medical institutions could focus on the future opportunities, and obtain accesses to the international exchange programme. The association and its member medical institutions should make full use of the excellent international resources and broad communication platform, so as to expand hospital foreign cooperation and exchange and to promote the coordinated development of medicine, teaching and research, which will effectively enhance the level of hospital clinical skills, scientific research and innovation ability. In addition, the two sides are also actively seeking the common ground to carry out more public welfare projects of poverty alleviation that benefit the society, the people and the country. 

 Chairman Chen Ran from BHGF, introduced the basic situation of BHGF. In recent several years, the foundation has been working on establishing an advanced international exchange and cooperation platform, aiming to establish public welfare activities both at home and abroad to promote the development of medical and health undertakings in our country, especially the grassroots medical institutions, cultivate first-class medical medical talents, strengthen discipline construction and the level of the hospital connotation for the local people, so as to enable them enjoy the first-rate local medical services. She hoped that signing this strategic cooperation agreement will contribute to the development of the hospital’s talent cultivation, discipline construction, scientific research cooperation and academic exchanges,etc.. And it also contribute to people’s health at the local area, and bring more to the common development of regional medical institutions.

 Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) is a charity organization approved by the country. It gives full play to its advantages in resources and public welfare platforms, build the “sending out and inviting in” bilateral communication platform to provide continuous support for hospitals’ development and staff’s growth. Meanwhile, BHGF also actively participate in the public welfare projects of poverty alleviation to escort the health care of local people.

 Guangdong Province Hospital Association was established in 1980s, after more than 30-year of development, the association grew bigger and stronger and has been one of associations with huge influence among the same kind associations/academies. It is selected as the provincial advanced civil organization by the department of civil affairs, the first associations with 5A. There are more than 50 professional associations and over 600 member units as subordinates of the Guangdong Province Hospital Association; Guangdong modern hospital management research institutions and Guangdong <Modern Hospital> Magazine are subordinated directly to the association. The Association actively provides medical institutions with all-round service as well as academic exchange platform for the hospital management staff across the province.
