德国专家一行访问福建及江西省四家医院

2019年11月04日-11月8日，在北京华通国康公益基金会（Beijing Huatong Guokang Goundation, BHGF）的组织协调下，德国比勒菲尔德城市医院肿瘤科主任Martin Görner先生、普外科副主任Ulrich Klaus Fetzner先生一行分别对厦门大学附属中山医院、江西省人民医院、江西省肿瘤医院和宜春市人民医院进行参访并做了学术交流。

 访问期间，厦门大学附属中山医院尹震宇副院长、江西省人民医院霍亚南副院长、江西省肿瘤医院毛伟敏名誉院长、宜春市人民医院曹盛生院长分别带领团队对德国专家的参访进行了接待，并向德国专家介绍了医院基本建设、人员构成以及医疗、科研教学等工作情况。四家医院相关领导和德国专家均表示感谢BHGF提供的中德医学交流机会，期望能在未来进一步加强双方的合作，开展更多的中德医学专家互访活动，促进双方在人才培养、科研教学、学科建设等方面的发展。

 在访问的过程中，德国专家一行参观了4家医院的相关科室包括肿瘤科、普外科、胸外科、手术室等，了解了相关科室的业务开展、部门管理、质量管控、人才培养情况，并与中方医护同仁们进行病例讨论和手术方法探讨，带来了前沿医学知识和医疗技术信息。Dr. Martin Görner先生就"Modern treatment options for multiple myeloma in the elderly patient"，Dr. Ulrich Klaus Fetzner先生就"Treatment of esophageal cancer in Germany in 2019-state of the art" 进行了主题讲座，参访医院医护人员积极提问，与德国专家交流活跃。

 此次德国专家访问福建、江西省四家医院的学术交流活动取得了圆满成功，并得到了中德两方医护同仁的认可和好评。BHGF也将继续发挥公益性平台的优势，搭建中国医院与海外知名医疗机构的交流合作平台，通过“送出去，请进来”的双向交流方式，在高端海外人才培养和学科建设等方面为国内医院提供帮助和支持，不断提升中国医院的管理能力和服务水平。

 德国比勒菲尔德城市医院（Klinikum Bielefeld）始建于 1843年，是比勒菲尔德市建立的第壹家医院，同时也是德国明斯特大学医学院和匈牙利佩琪大学的临床教学医院。目前该院由1个总院（Krankenhaus mitte）和2个分院（Krankenhaus  Rosenhohe, Krankenhaus Halle）组成。该院有30多个科室、治疗中心和研究所，其中以骨科、普外科和心导管专科著名。该院许多领域达到国际先进水平。其中放射放疗科、骨关节外科、脊柱外科、创伤骨科是重点发展科室，每年整个大骨科（不含手外）的手术量近三千例。该院院前抢救有直升机、专用急诊救护车等医疗设备，是比勒菲尔德市的急诊抢救中心和最高质量标准的医疗健康中心。

German Medical Expert Delegation Visited Four Hospitals in Fujian & Jiangxi Province

From November 4th to November 8th, 2019, under the support and coordination of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), Dr. Martin Görner, Consultant & Specialist in Hematology and Oncology and Dr. Ulrich Klaus Fetzner, Consultant in General Surgery, visited Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University, Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital, Tumor Hospital of Jiangxi Province, People's Hospital of Yichun City and made academic exchanges respectively.  

 During the visit, Mr. Yin Zhenyu, Vice President of Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University, Ms. HuoYanan, Vice President of Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital, Mr. Mao Weimin, Honor President of Tumor Hospital of Jiangxi Province, Mr. Cao Shengsheng, President of People's Hospital of Yichun City led their teams to introduce their hospitals to German experts, including basic construction, personnel composition, and medical healthcare, teaching, and scientific research etc. Four hospitals and the German experts both expressed their gratitude to BHGF for the great contribution to the Sino-German medical exchange. It is hoped that in the future, the cooperation between the two sides will be further strengthened, more personnel exchange visits will be carried out, personnel training and research teaching will be promoted, and discipline construction will be developed.  

The German expert delegation visited the related departments including Dept. of Oncology, Dept. of Thoracic surgery and operating room of four hospitals in Fujian & Jiangxi Province, learned about the business development of various departments, and discussed case analysis and surgical methods with Chinese medical colleagues, bringing frontier medical knowledge and medical technology & information. Dr. Martin Görner and Dr. Ulrich Klaus Fetzner respectively held themed lectures on "Modern treatment options for multiple myeloma in the elderly patient", "Treatment of esophageal cancer in Germany in 2019-state of the art". The medical staff of the four hospitals actively proposed questions to and interacted with the German experts.  

 The visit of the German Klinikum Bielefeld experts in Fujian & Jiangxi Province together with academic exchange activities has been a great success. It has been recognized and praised by the Chinese and German medical colleagues. BHGF will continue to take advantage of the non-profit platform and build an exchange and cooperation platform between Chinese hospitals and internationally renowned medical institutions. Through a two-way communication approach of “sending out, inviting in”, it will provide domestic hospitals with high-end international personnel training and discipline construction, offering help and support to continuously improve the management capabilities and service ability of Chinese hospitals.

 German Klinikum Bielefeld was founded in 1843 and was the first hospital built in Bielefeld. It is also the clinical teaching hospital of the University of Münster in Germany and the University of Peggy in Hungary. The hospital is currently composed of a general hospital (Krankenhaus mitte) and two branches (Krankenhaus Rosenhohe, Krankenhaus Halle). The hospital has more than 30 departments, treatment centers and research institutes, specialized in orthopedics, general surgery and cardiac catheterization. Many fields of the hospital have reached the international advanced level. Among them, radiotherapy and radiotherapy, bone and joint surgery, spinal surgery, and traumatic orthopedics are key development departments. Each year, nearly 3,000 cases of large orthopedics operation (excluding hands) are performed. The hospital has rescues medical equipment such as helicopters and special emergency ambulances. It is the emergency rescue center in Bielefeld and the highest quality standard medical and health center.
