奋勇请战奔一线，学以致用战疫情-BHGF第五期赴法国医护研修项目学员参与抗击新冠肺炎疫情纪实

2020年春节前夕新冠肺炎疫情爆发，严重威胁广大人民群众的生命健康。随着全国新冠肺炎疫情的发展，习近平总书记向全国发出了坚决打赢新冠肺炎疫情防控阻击战的战斗号召。BHGF第五期赴法国医护研修学员们积极响应党中央的号召，他们顾不上回国后倒时差以及陪伴阔别3个月家人，分别向各自医院党委请战驰援湖北抗击新冠肺炎，纷纷在请战志愿书上签字并按下鲜红的手印。

目前，该项目11人中有5人战斗在抗疫情一线，他们分别是徐州矿务集团总医院呼吸内科李海泉主任、贵州中医药大学第一附属医院消化科黄丹医生、荆州市中心医院新生儿科谭举芳副主任和眼科呙明副主任、遵义医科大学附属医院呼吸科周亮医生。

徐州矿务集团总医院 呼吸内科 李海泉主任

李海泉主任是BHGF第五期赴法国医护研修项目团队政委。1月16日刚从法国回到徐州后，李政委得知徐州市在募集第一批驰援湖北应急救援医疗队队员，第一时间向医院党委提交了请战书，并积极投入医院防控工作。2月12日深夜，李政委看到武汉需要重症医学科医生支援的消息，他立即给院领导打电话请战出征湖北，希望结合他在法国图尔大学中心医院学习的先进的管理理念、院感防控知识、呼吸系统疾病诊疗技术参与到疫情救治的第一线工作中！2月13日下午，李海泉政委作为徐矿总医院第二批医疗队、徐州市第五批医疗队队员出征武汉。2月16日，以李海泉政委带头的医疗队正式接管武汉市第一医院的感染20、21病区（危重症病区）共70张床位，全面负责科室医疗质量安全及病人的救治工作。医疗队队员精神饱满，工作紧张有序，每天对重点病人进行病例讨论，评估病情及优化诊疗方案。目前，该病区收治69名新冠肺炎患者，其中重症患者66名，危重症患者3名，总体病情稳定。

黄丹医生是第五期赴法国医护研修项目团长。研修回国后黄团长积极向医院党委提交了驰援武汉医疗队请战书，2月7日，黄团长成为贵州省新冠肺炎定点收治医院——贵州省职工医院抗击疫情第一批医疗队队员，经过1天紧张严苛的院感、防护、新冠肺炎诊疗指南等专业培训，即投入收治患者的工作中。2月19日，黄团长刚完成贵州省职工医院的工作任务，再次奋勇请战，成为贵州省第七批驰援鄂医疗队队员、贵州省首支援鄂中医专家，赶赴武汉中心医院重症病区开展重症救治工作。

谭举芳副主任和眼科呙明副主任

两位学员都是第五期赴法国医护研修项目小组组长。新冠肺炎疫情在湖北武汉爆发，而荆州市离武汉市仅300多公里，荆州市中心医院为新冠肺炎定点收治医院，随着疫情的发展，发热门诊发热病人越来越多，医院疫情防控形势日趋严峻，两位组长是研修项目中离疫情最近及接触疫情最早的学员。顾不上回国后的调整，两位组长积极向医院党委提交了到疫情防控一线的请战书。虽然没有直接到一线救治新冠肺炎患者，但他们依然每天精神饱满的战斗在自己的岗位上。不仅自己身体力行积极为患者答疑解惑和诊疗，谭举芳副主任和眼科呙明副主任的家人同样是医院医护人员，也积极投入到新冠肺炎重症患者的治疗中。

周亮医生是第五期赴法国医护研修项目成员，在法国图尔大学中心医院呼吸科研修期间学习了呼吸疾病临床诊疗理念和体系，对纤支镜下治疗、EBUS-TBNA等诊疗技术非常熟练，其胸部CT阅片能力得到进一步提升。在疫情防控工作最吃劲的关键阶段，医院党委向全院发出了组建贵州省第六批援鄂医疗队的紧急通知，研修回国的周亮医生再次向医院党委主动请缨出战并获得批准，2月17日凌晨2点到达湖北鄂州医疗队驻地。2月19日，周亮医生所在医疗队正式接管鄂州市中心医院呼吸重症一病区共43张床位，投入紧张而有序的救治重症新冠肺炎患者工作中，目前所收治全部重症新冠肺炎患者病情稳定。

BHGF第五期赴法国医护研修项目其他学员虽然没有直接出征湖北，但他们在各自的岗位上坚守着，结合着在法国临床研修期间的所学所获已经做好了出征一线抗疫情的所有准备。

The outbreak of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(COVID-19 epidemic) on the eve of the Chinese Spring Festival in 2020 seriouslythreatenedthe health of the general public.Alongwith the spread of theCOVID19in China, General Secretary Xi Jinping calls to resolutely win the fightagainst the epidemic. The trainees of BHGF the 5th Group Medical TrainingProgramme in France actively responded to the call of the Central Committee ofCPC. They were too busy to deal with the jet lag after returning home and staywith their family members after 3 months’ separation. They asked the partycommittees of their working hospitals respectively to help Hubei province tofight against COVID-19 epidemic and they signed and pressed the red fingerprinton voluntary letters.

At present, 5 of the 11 trainees of the 5thGroup Medical Training Programme in France are fighting on the front line ofthe epidemic.They are the director of Respiratory Medicine,Li Haiquan fromGeneral Hospital of Xuzhou Mineral Group,Dr. Huang Dan from Department ofGastroenterology of First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine, Deputy Director of Neonatal department Tan Jufangand Deputy Director of Ophthalmology department Guo Ming from Central Hospitalof Jingzhou in Huber Province,Dr. Zhou Liang from Department of RespiratoryMedicine of Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University.

Although the other doctors of 5th GroupMedical Training Programme in France did not directly go to Hubei to the frontline, they persisted in their respective posts. Combined with what they learnedin clinical training program in France, they have made all the preparations forthe front-line to fight the epidemic.

Under the call of the Party and the Nation,Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) is actively engaged in winning thebattle of epidemic prevention and control, not only mobilizing socialcontributions and donations to support the front line, but also continuing tokeep tracing trainees’ performance in epidemic who have returned from overseasstudies, expressing condolences to front line medical staff.
