北京华通国康公益基金会第二届爱尔兰国际护理硕士班毕业学员奋战在新冠肺炎重症病区

新冠肺炎疫情爆发后，湖北告急!荆州告急!第二届爱尔兰国际护理硕士班毕业学员廖尧，同时也是荆州市中心医院心胸大血管外科监护室护士长，带领医院ECMO护理团队深入医院新冠肺炎重症病区，与24名护理同仁共同肩负起危重患者的ECMO管理与护理的重任。

2月11日荆州市中心医院独立完成了荆州市首例新冠肺炎危重患者的ECMO抢救治疗。廖尧作为ECMO团队护理组组长，与专家组共同评估患者病情，制定ECMO救治方案，迅速集结ECMO护理团队，与团队全天24小时不间断护理，终于成功将患者从死亡线拉回，至今连续坚守20多天。疫情不灭，他们不退，目前荆州市中心医院ECMO团队所有成员仍然坚持在抗疫一线，负责新冠肺炎重症患者的ECMO治疗护理。

在廖尧护士长奋勇抗击疫情的同时，很多其他从海外回国的医护人员也主动请缨，支援湖北重灾区，完成了美的逆行。特殊时期，特殊使命，北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）为所有抗击在疫情一线和日夜坚守在工作岗位的学员们点赞！你们的责任之心、仁爱之心及主动担当、积极作为的精神将激励大家继续前行。打赢新冠肺炎疫情狙击战，我们一定能赢！

爱尔兰护理教育历史悠久,在护理教学及职业培训方面处于很高的水平。目前爱尔兰国际护理硕士项目已连续成功举办了五届，共有 170 多名中国优秀护士在此平台上受益并顺利获得了由中国教育部认可的国际护理硕士学位证书，这些优秀学员毕业回国后积极地投身于医院的护理人才培养与学科建设中，将爱尔兰所学所获运用到工作中并发挥了较好的作用。

Graduates of the second Ireland International Nursing Master Degree Program fight in COVID-19 ICU ward

After the outbreak of COVID-19,Hubei And Jingzhou fall into a serious situation immediately, Mr.Liao Yao, Gradute of the second Ireland International Nursing Master Degree program, also as a Chief Nurse of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Department of Jingzhou Central Hospital,leads ECMO group to work in the COVID-19 ICU ward, takes responsibility of ECMO management and care with other 24 nurses.

On 11th,February, the first ECMO rescue and treatment was independently finished in Jingzhou Central Hospital.As the ECMO nursing group leader,Mr.Liao Yao with experts team evaluates patients’ conditions, make the ECMO treatment plan,builds up ECMO nursing team rapidly,takes care of patients for straight 24 days per day with the team,and finally successfully save the patients.Until now, they have been on duty for more than 20 days. And they will fight through until the COVID-19 is defeated.Right now, ECMO team of Jingzhou Central Hospital is still fighting in the front and taking charge of ECMO care and treatment for patients.

While Chief Nurse Liao Yao fought epidemic bravely , many other medical staff who returned from overseas also took the initiatives to fight in the hardest hit areas in Hubei.Special time, Special mission,Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation(BHGF) praises all the trainees who are fighting on the front line of the epidemic and staying on duty day and night!Your sense of responsibility, benevolence, and spirit of initiative and dedication will inspire everyone to move forward. Irish nursing education has a long history and is at the top level in nursing teaching and vocational training. At present, the International Nursing Master Degree Program in Ireland has been successfully held for five consecutive years. A total of more than 170 outstanding Chinese nurses benefited from this platform and successfully obtained an international master degree certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education of China. These outstanding students actively devoted to the training of nursing talents and discipline construction in hospitals after return, and applied the knowledge learned in Ireland to work effectively.
