归家的号角已吹响，我们选择坚守武汉

 在党中央坚决打赢新冠肺炎疫情防控阻击战的号召下，广大医护人员积极报名奔赴抗疫一线，体现了救死扶伤的高尚情怀和爱岗敬业精神。北京华通国康公益基金会持续关注海外学成归来的学子们在疫情中的表现，并记录他们在工作中感受和体会。

为积极响应党中央的号召，2020年2月5日第三期赴美国布卢姆菲尔德护理研修团团长---复旦大学附属华山医院老年科主管护师卫尹担任复旦大学附属华山医院国家紧急医院救援队的护理组组长，与战友们一起踏上了赴鄂支援之路并积极组织队员顺利完成武昌方舱医院接纳首批患者的工作任务。

3月18日，湖北武汉、湖北全省、湖北外30个省区市和新疆生产建设兵团本土新增确诊病例清零。当天也是华山医院国家紧急医院救援队来到武汉的第44天，是继方舱医院开舱日，首批患者出舱日，援汉满月，方舱满月，休舱日之后又一个特别的日子。在这天，华山医院国家紧急医学救援队从武昌方舱医院转战到了同济医院光谷院区的重症ICU，作为华山医院援汉第三纵队支援第四纵队。一大早，他们一行26位医护人员来到同济光谷院区，参加了在这里整建制接管重症ICU的四纵队早交班，目前重症ICU内仍有2名ECMO插管患者，6台呼吸机使用中，大多数患者的病情仍时有反复，这里的护士专业性要求非常高，每小时精确记录患者的生命体征，用药，出入液量，导管状态，各项专科评估参数，患者反应等，投入到随时可能发生的急危重症患者抢救状态，护士们通过细致入微的观察和与患者之间亲切的“话聊”，准确评估了患者的心理状况，以便采取个性化的心理支持和疏导。在这里，护士不仅需要应用专业理论和技能承担紧张繁杂的临床护理工作，也需要化解患者的焦虑与恐惧，帮助重建信心，他们治愈的不仅仅是身体，还有心灵。

目前已经完成了方舱医院的建设和治疗工作，当问到是否有医护队员需要归家，是否有实际困难需要提出时，队员们的回答非常令人动容：不获全胜，绝不撤退！在此，这绝不仅仅是一句口号，而是这些日夜相伴、生死之交的队员们发自内心的肺腑之言，华山团队一定是整装待发而来，整整齐齐而归。

下午，继昨天的物资保障车先行返回上海后，华山团队的后勤等12位战友踏上了归家之路。都说男儿有泪不轻弹，但今天，在机场为送行的时候，每一位即将返回上海的男同胞都抑制不住眼中的泪水，哽咽着嘱咐仍然坚守武汉的医护人员“你们一定要早点回来！”。在方舱医院的35个日日夜夜，来到武汉的40多天里，他们依靠着彼此取暖，慰藉，鼓励，打气，面对这一次新中国历史上传播速度快，传播范围广的疫情，他们在武汉团结一心，众志成城。今天，当归家的号角吹响，一部分队员由于工作原因需要提前回家，在机场，他们挥别战友，相约“上海见”。

卫尹护师和其他第三纵队的医护人员选择坚守在武汉，并已投入到另一场硬仗——重症ICU，他们期待着这场新冠肺炎阻击战取得全面胜利之日，期待着全队在上海会师之时。

The horn of returning home has blown, but we chose to stick to staying in Wuhan

Actively responding to the call of CPC - resolutely winning the fight against the epidemic, many medical staff volunteered to Hubei province to fight against COVID-19 epidemic, which embodies the noble feelings of saving the dead and helping the wounded as well as the spirit of devotion. Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) will continue to keep tracing trainees’ performance in the “war” against epidemic who have returned from overseas studies, and record their feelings and experiences in the work.

Nurse-in-charge Ms. Yin Wei, from the Geriatrics Department of Huashan Hospital, Fudan University in Shanghai, has attended BHGF The 3rd Group of Nursing Training Program at Bloomfield College, USA in 2019. In order to actively respond to the call of CPC, nurse-in-charge Ms. Yin Wei, as the nursing group leader of Huashan Hospital, Fudan University branch of national emergency medical rescue team, together with all other rescuers, rushed to Hubei province to successfully complete the task of accepting the first batch of patients in Wuchang Mobile Cabin Hospital.

On March 18, no newly confirmed COVID-19 cases was reported in the places of Wuhan City, other cities in Hubei Province, other 30 provinces and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.It is an exactly special day because it is the 44th day for Huashan Hospital,Fudan University branch of national emergency medical rescue team to come to Wuhan. On this day, they transferred from Wuchang Mobile Cabin Hospital to the ICU of Tongji Hospital Guanggu Branch, as the third echelon to support the fourth echelon of Huashan Hospital rescue team in Wuhan.

During the days and nights of over 40 days in Wuhan, they depend on each other, for comfort and encouragement. In the face of this epidemic with the highest spreading speed and widest spreading range, they are united as one team with the common aim in Wuhan. Today, the horn of returning home has blown, and some of the team members need to go back to Shanghai ahead of time due to work. At the airport, they say farewell to their comrade-in-arms and made an appointment with “see you in Shanghai”.

Nurse-in-charge Ms. Yin Wei and other medical staff of third echelon chose to stick to Wuhan and they have been engaged in another tough battle in the ICU of Tongji Hospital Guanggu Branch. They expect and also believe that they will definitely win the battle of fighting against COVID-19 and see the blooming spring.
