心医院临床教学和住培师资线上培训顺利完成

     为加强国内医院师资队伍建设，适应现代化临床教学特点，促进医疗机构内涵和教学质量的提升，2020年7月31日，在北京华通国康公益基金会的支持下，达州市中心医院临床教学和住培师资线上培训项目顺利完成。本次培训邀请了规培师资进行授课，共300多名医院管理人员、临床和全科师资等参加此次培训。

        专家们围绕《住院医师规范化培训基地建设与管理》、《住培师资队伍建设与师资培训》、《住培学员临床思维能力培养》、《临床教学查房规范》等进行专题授课，对医院录制的教学查房视频进行点评。专家们现场与学员们进行线上互动交流，并在培训结束后提出来相应的书面建议。

Clinical Teaching and Standardized Training for Residents Faculty of Dazhou Central Hospital Online Training was Successfully Completed

In order to strengthen the construction of the teaching personnel of domestic hospitals, adapt to the characteristics of modern clinical teaching, and promote the improvement of the content and teaching quality of medical institutions, on July 31st 2020, with the support of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation(BHGF), the online training project of clinical teaching and standardized training for residents faculty of Dazhou Central Hospital was successfully completed. A total of more than 300 hospital administrators, clinical and general practitioners attended the lectures which was given by national-level professors.

Training Experts gave theme lectures on "Construction and Management of Standardized Resident Training Bases", "Construction of Standardized Resident Training team and Teacher Training", "Cultivation of Resident Training Students' Clinical Thinking Ability", "Clinical Teaching Ward Round Specifications", etc., and commented on the teaching ward-rounding video. Training experts also fully interacted with the trainees online, and put forward corresponding written suggestions after the training.
