首期医院质量提升公益项目在安顺市顺利进行

       2020年9月21-22日，“首期医院质量提升公益项目”在安顺市人民医院顺利进行。该项目获得了北京华通国康公益基金会的支持，共邀请6位评审专家进行评审辅导培训。

        汇报会上，安顺市人民医院张云东院长对北京华通国康公益基金会的公益支持表示感谢，并对评审专家团队的到来表示欢迎。安顺市人民医院佟玉峰副院长从医院建设发展历程、医疗质量控制体系、信息化建设、人才建设成效、评审自查等方面，向专家组作了详细汇报。评审专家组对安顺市人民医院所做工作给予充分肯定并就评审工作进行安排。

        评审专家团队分成6个小组，按照《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则》分别就医院管理、医疗质量安全、医院质控与感染管理、药事管理、护理质量管理、后勤保障等工作进行检查。评审专家们通过现场查阅资料、模拟演练、访谈患者和医护人员、设施设备检查、个案追踪等方式，以发现问题为主线，对医院进行了多维度、多层面和全方位的培训指导。

       经过两天的检查与汇总，专家组对本次等级医院复审预评审工作进行反馈，充分肯定了安顺市人民医院在规模建设、环境改善、医院公益性以及医院管理方面的亮点，同时针对医院管理、医疗质量持续改进等薄弱环节指出了不足，并现场提出宝贵的指导建议。

The evaluation experts conducted multi-dimensional, multi-level and comprehensive training and guidance to the hospital through on-the-spot information review, simulation exercise, interview with patients and medical staff, inspection of facilities and equipment, and case tracking.

After two days of inspection and summary, the expert group gave feedback on the pre review work of this grade hospital, fully affirmed the highlights of People's Hospital of Anshun City in scale construction, environmental improvement, hospital public welfare and hospital management, pointed out the deficiencies in hospital management, continuous improvement of medical quality and other weakness, and put forward valuable guidance suggestions on site.
