浙大一院器官移植国际学术研讨会顺利进行

为建立中外专家对话机制，加强高水平学科建设，在北京华通国康公益基金会的支持和协调下，浙江大学医学院附属第一医院（简称“浙大一院”）分别与英国伦敦国王学院医院、意大利锡耶纳大学医院以线上交流方式顺利举行了中英肝脏移植学术研讨会、中意心肺移植学术研讨会。

中英肝脏移植学术研讨会在11月12日成功举办，会议由浙大一院郑敏副院长主持，党委书记梁廷波教授致欢迎辞并介绍了浙大一院及肝脏移植情况。英国伦敦国王学院医院肝脏研究所肝胆胰外科及胰岛移植临床带头人Parthi Srinivasan教授介绍了英国伦敦国王学院医院及肝脏移植情况、浙大一院肝移植中心张微副主任做了《慢加急肝功能衰竭肝移植的评估与管理》专题报告、 英国伦敦国王学院医院肝脏研究所临床Abid Suddle主任进行了《肝细胞癌的肝脏移植》主题分享。双方专家全程英文交流，分别就肝脏移植病例的诊疗过程、患者状况以及结果等进行了深入探讨。

中意心肺移植学术研讨会在11月26日顺利召开， 由浙大一院心脏大血管外科马量主任担任主持，邀请意大利锡耶纳大学医院心脏移植Massimo Maccherini主任和胸外科Luca Luzzi教授分别就意大利锡耶纳大学医院心脏移植情况和肺移植情况进行了介绍。中方由浙大一院心脏大血管外科赵海格副主任和肺移植及普胸外科韩威力主任分别进行了浙大一院心脏移植情况介绍和肺移植情况介绍。在病例分享与讨论环节，双方专家团队就心、肺移植病例、中意诊疗技术区别等进行了热烈讨论。

中、英、意三方均表示研讨会成果颇丰，彼此对目前器官移植领域的最新学术进展有了进一步的了解，为未来在器官移植领域的开展合作奠定了基础。北京华通国康公益基金会作为公益交流平台，今后将根据公立医院高质量发展的需求，继续提供支持并助力于高层次人才队伍和高水平学科建设。

The International Transplantation Academic Webinars of The First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine were Successfully Held

In order to establish a dialogue mechanism between Chinese and foreign experts and strengthen the construction of high-level disciplines, with the support and coordination of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, The First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine ( FAHZU) successfully held the Sino-UK Liver Transplantation Academic Webinar and the Sino-Italian Heart and Lung Transplantation Academic Webinar with King's College Hospital in London and University Hospital of Siena in Italy through online communication.

The Sino-UK Liver Transplantation Academic Webinar was successfully held on November 12th. Professor Min Zheng, the Vice President of FAHZU was invited as the host. Professor Tingbo Liang , the Chairman of FAHZU, gave a welcome speech and introduced FAHZU and its liver transplantation. Professor Parthi Srinivasan, Clinical Head of Hepatobiliary, Pancreatic and Liver Transplant at Institute of Liver Studies, King's College Hospital, introduced King's College Hospital and its liver transplantation. Professor Wei Zhang,Deputy Director of Liver Transplantation Center, FAHZU, delivered a themed report titled "Evaluation and Management of Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure for Liver Transplant". Professor Abid Suddle, Clinical Lead of the Hepatology Service at Institute of Liver Studies, King's College Hospital, shared the topic "Liver Transplantation for Hepatocellular Carcinoma". Experts from both sides communicated in English throughout the whole process and had in-depth discussions on the diagnosis and treatment process, patient status and results of liver transplantation cases respectively.

The Sino-Italian Heart and Lung Transplantation Academic Webinar was successfully held on November 26th, which was hosted by Director Liang Ma from Cardiovascular Surgery and the Heart Transplant Center in FAHZU. Director Massimo Maccherini from Cardiac Transplant Surgery, Heart Vessel and Chest Department and Professor Luca Luzzi from Department of Thoracic Surgery in University Hospital of Siena, Italy, were invited to introduce the heart transplantation and lung transplantation at University Hospital of Siena respectively. On the Chinese side, Deputy Director Haige Zhao from Cardiovascular Surgery and the Heart Transplant Center in FAHZU, and Director Wili Han from Department of Lung Transplant and General Thoracic Surgery in FAHZU, introduced the heart transplantation and lung transplantation respectively. In case sharing and discussion, expert teams from both sides had a heated discussion on heart and lung transplantation cases and the differences between preferred diagnosis and treatment skills. 

All Experts and Participants from China, UK and Italy expressed that the webinars had achieved a lot and each other had a further understanding of the latest academic progress in the field of organ transplantation, which laid a foundation for future cooperation in the field of organ transplantation. As a public communication platform, Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation will continue to provide support and assist in the construction of high-level talents and high-level disciplines according to the needs of high-quality development of public hospitals in the future.
