中以骨科国际学术研讨会顺利进行

为建立中外专家对话机制，加强高水平学科建设，在北京华通国康公益基金会的支持和协调下，株洲市中心医院与来自全球骨科医院—以色列哈曼医疗中心以线上交流方式顺利举行了中以骨科国际学术研讨会。

研讨会在2月23日成功举办，会议由株洲市中心医院骨科中心主任张锡平教授主持，来自以色列骨科协会主席、哈曼医疗中心骨科及康复科主任Nimrod Rosen 教授，以色列髋膝关节协会主席、哈曼医疗中心关节置换中心主任Dabby Dan 教授，北京华通国康公益基金会陈冉理事长通过视频连线参加会议，株洲市中心医院蔡安烈院长，株洲市中心医院李文灿副院长，株洲市中心医院党委委员、龙云铸副院长及医院部分职能主任及专家出席。

株洲市中心医院骨科中心主任张锡平教授介绍了本院骨科中心的基本情况，业务及科研水平。株洲市中心医院骨科中心作为全省、全市的优势学科，一直致力于规范化、国际化、人性化医疗，并不断加强医学创新、人才培养，选派青年骨干赴上海六院、北京积水潭医院及俄罗斯库尔干医学中心等国内外有名的骨科中心或研究机构进行研修，医院的整体创新能力持续增强。

随后，以色列哈曼医疗中心专家Nimrod Rosen教授详细的介绍了哈曼医疗中心的基本情况。哈曼医疗中心拥有以色里北部极大的骨科中心,亦是北部最重要的骨科与创伤转诊中心,其团队科研能力达到世界领先,研究的骨再生技术在全世界第壹个应用到临床并获得成功。

在互动交流环节，来自以色列哈曼医疗中心的Dabby Dan 教授对《股骨颈骨折治疗》中的难点进行了分析，株洲市中心医院骨科中心的吴波文副教授对《糖尿病足的保肢治疗》中的难点进行了系统阐述，中以双方就这两个主题以及目前骨科的热点难点进行了热烈讨论。

Sino-Israeli Orthopaedics Academic Webinar

was Successfully Held

In order to establish a dialogue mechanism between Chinese and foreign experts and strengthen the construction of high-level disciplines, with the support and coordination of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, Zhuzhou Central Hospital successfully held the Sino-Israeli Orthopaedics Academic Webinar with one of the world's top orthopaedic hospitals - Emek Medical Center through online communication.

The Webinar was successfully held on February 23rd,it was hosted by Prof. Zhang Xiping, Director of Orthopaedic Center of Zhuzhou Central Hospital. Professor Nimrod Rosen, President of the Israeli Orthopedic Association and Director of Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Department of Emek Medical Center, and Professor Dabby Dan, Chairman of the Israeli Hip and Knee Society and Head of Joint Replacement Center of Emek Medical Center , Chairman Chen Ran of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, President Cai Anlie of Zhuzhou Central Hospital, Vice President Li Wencan of Zhuzhou Central Hospital, Vice President Long Yunzhu who is also a member of the Party Committee of Zhuzhou Central Hospital, and some functional directors and experts of the hospital attended.

Chen Ran, Chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, delivered an opening speech, congratulating the successful holding of the webinar, and also introduced the background and significance of this academic exchange. She hoped that through this exchange, experts from China and Israel could jointly discuss the latest frontier trends and development directions of orthopaedics, help the high-quality and international development of the Orthopaedic Center of Zhuzhou Central Hospital, and lay a solid foundation for future cooperation between China and Israel.

President Cai Anlie of Zhuzhou Central Hospital delivered a welcome speech, he welcomed experts from the world's top orthopaedic hospital- Israel Emek Medical Center to conduct academic exchanges with the Orthopaedic Department of Zhuzhou Central hospital. Special thanks to Chairman Chen Ran of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation(BHGF). This webinar organized by BHGF allowed the Orthopaedic Department of Zhuzhou Central Hospital to go abroad, enhance its international vision, strengthen the training of international talents in the hospital, and introduced the basic situation of Zhuzhou Central Hospital. President Cai expressed his ardent hope for the Orthopaedic Department of the hospital. Taking this webinar as an opportunity, in the broad field of orthopaedics development, adhering to the Xiangya spirit, aligning with the industry benchmark, and working with Israeli orthopaedic experts, they will vigorously promote the development of the Orthopaedic Center, and make it an international orthopaedic center. The voice of "Hunan Orthopaedics " is singing on the world stage!

Professor Zhang Xiping, Director of the Orthopaedic Center of Zhuzhou Central Hospital, introduced the basic situation, business and scientific research level of the Orthopaedic Center of the hospital. The Orthopaedic Center of Zhuzhou Central Hospital, as the dominant discipline of the whole province and the whole city, has been committed to standardized, internationalized and humanized medical care, and has continuously strengthened medical innovation and talent training, and has selected young backbones to go to Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital,Russian Kurgan Medical Center and other well-known orthopedic centers or research institutions at home and abroad conduct training, and the overall innovation capability of the hospital continues to increase.

Then, Professor Nimrod Rosen, an expert from Emek Medical Center in Israel, introduced the basic situation of Emek Medical Center in detail. Emek Medical Center has the largest orthopaedic center in northern Israel, and is also the most important orthopaedic and trauma referral center in the north. The scientific research ability of its team has reached the world's leading level, and the bone regeneration technology researched was the first in the world to be applied to the clinic and has achieved success.

In the academic report part, Associate Professor Liu Zhiqin from the Orthopaedic Center of Zhuzhou Central Hospital gave a themed speech on "Treatment of Distal Tibial Fractures with Intramedullary Nail", and then Professor Dabby Dan from Israel Emek Medical Center gave a speech on "Which alignment is better? Mechanical versus Kinematic".

In the discussion part, Professor Dabby Dan from Emek Medical Center analyzed the difficulties in "Fractures of the Femoral Neck", and Associate Professor Wu Bowen from the Orthopaedic Center of Zhuzhou Central Hospital analyzed the difficulties in "Limb Salvage for Diabetic Foot " with systematic elaboration, and then Chinese and Israel experts had a heated discussion on these two topics as well as the current hot spots and difficulties in orthopaedics.

All Experts and Participants from China and Israel expressed that the webinars had achieved a lot and each other had a further understanding of the latest academic progress in the field of orthopaedics, which laid a foundation for future cooperation in the field of orthopaedics.
