第二期医院质量管理提升公益项目在六盘水市顺利进行

 2020年9月23-24日，“第二期医院质量管理提升公益项目”在六盘水市人民医院顺利进行，该项目得到了北京华通国康公益基金会的支持，共邀请6位评审专家进行评审辅导培训。

汇报会上，六盘水市人民医院党委书记陈冬梅主持会议，六盘水市卫健局局长石灿敏致辞并对评审专家团队的到来表示热烈的欢迎。六盘水市人民医院院长朗庆华作三甲复评审工作汇报并对北京华通国康公益基金会的公益支持表示感谢。

专家团队深入医院各科室，通过追踪检查法、个别访谈、文档审查、数据分析等方式，对医院公益性、医院服务、患者安全、医疗质量安全管理与持续改进、护理管理与质量持续改进、医院管理等内容进行了多维度、多层面、全方位的检查和全面评价。在现场评审中，专家组先后检查了60余个职能部门和科室，访谈了510余人次职工，检查了 60余台次仪器设备，查阅了70余份病案及档案资料。

经过两天的检查与汇总，专家组对本次等级医院复审预评审工作进行反馈。专家组特别指出，六盘水市人民医院是一家政府用得上靠得住的医院，院领导班子求真务实、团结合作、思路清晰，全体医务人员朝气蓬勃、虚心好学，展示出良好的精神风貌，全院干部职工展示出爱院如家的主人翁精神，保障了预评审工作的顺利开展。希望医院认真学习标准，查缺补漏、不断进步、更好地满足人民群众日益增长的医疗服务需求，持续改进医院质量，提升患者就医获得感。

From September 23 to 24, 2020, the "the Second Session of hospital quality improvement project" was successfully carried out in People's Hospital of Liupanshui City. The project was supported by Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, and 6 national evaluation experts were invited to conduct evaluation and guidance training.

During the report meeting, Chen Dongmei, Secretary of the Party committee of Liupanshui people's Hospital, presided over the meeting, and Shi canmin, director of Liupanshui Municipal Health Bureau, delivered a speech and warmly welcomed the arrival of the evaluation expert team. Lang Qinghua, President of Liupanshui people's Hospital, made a report on the third class grade A hospital re evaluation and expressed his greeting to Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation for its support. 

The expert group went to all departments of the hospital to conduct multi-dimensional, multi-level and comprehensive evaluation on hospital public welfare, hospital service, patient safety, medical quality and safety management and continuous improvement, nursing management and quality continuous improvement, hospital management and other contents through tracking inspection, individual interview, document review and data analysis Price. In the on-site evaluation, the expert group inspected more than 60 functional departments and departments, interviewed more than 510 employees, inspected more than 60 sets of instruments and equipment, and consulted more than 70 medical records and archives.

After two days of inspection and summary, the expert group gave feedback on the pre-review of this grade hospital. In particular, the expert group pointed out that Liupanshui People's Hospital is a reliable hospital for the government. The hospital's leading group is pragmatic, United and cooperative, and has clear thinking. All medical staff are vigorous and open-minded and eager to learn, showing a good mental outlook. The cadres and staff of the hospital show the spirit of loving the hospital as a family, which ensures the smooth development of the pre-evaluation work.
