
2019年12月13-14日,由北京华通国康公益基金会支持,广东省卫健委、江西省卫健委共同组织,北京协和医院和北京大学第一医院承办的“健康中国”医院管理公益交流活动在北京顺利举行。来自广东省和江西省60多位卫生行政管理干部和医院领导参加。
北京协和医院和北京大学第一医院精心准备了学习课程和实地参观,中国工程院院士、北京协和医院妇产科郎景和教授就“医生的哲学理念和人文修养”进行了精彩分享。
开幕式上,南昌大学第一附属医院张伟院长、南方医科大学南方医院杨洪波副院长作为两省交流团代表致辞,分别对所在省份卫生主管部门、北京华通国康公益基金会以及北京协和医院、北京大学第一医院精心组织的公益活动表示感谢,希望通过本次公益交流活动,加强与高水平医院之间的沟通交流,学习和借鉴先进的管理经验,进一步开拓工作思路与视野。
北京华通国康公益基金会陈冉理事长在致辞中提到,基金会作为民政部门正式批准的公益慈善组织,始终致力于搭建“健康中国”公益交流平台,在人才培养和学科建设等方面帮助到更多医院共同发展,让老百姓在当地能享受到更好的医疗水平和服务。陈理事长特别感谢以北京协和医院、北京大学第一医院为代表的国内医院为公益交流活动的尽心尽力和勇于担当,为来自各省的医务同仁们提供了无私的帮助和支持。
本次“健康中国”医院管理公益交流活动分别就“做深做实党建 铸就协和医魂”、“新形势下医院运营与绩效管理实践”、“协和员工培训与发展”、“协和医疗质量与安全”、“护理建设的协和模式”、“协和病案”背后的故事”、“医院药事管理的点点滴滴”、“青年医学创新的经验与实践”、“信息技术赋能现代医院运行与管理”、“住培专科基地管理经验分享”、“临床药学学科建设”、“北大医院的感控特色分享”、“高水平的医学教育助力医院发展”、“教学绩效管理和教师发展”等专题进行了交流。北京协和医院还组织参会人员参观了院史馆及病历展,让大家感受了协和近百年的医院发展历史和文化积淀。
北京华通国康公益基金会立项开展“健康中国”医院管理公益交流项目,旨在加强高水平医院之间的交流,通过实地考察、精品课程和经验分享等方式,借助国内大型医院在医院发展、学科建设、科研教学及人才培养等方面的成功思路和经验,提升公立医院发展水平,带动各地基层医院发展,促进医联体建设和分级诊疗实施,从而实现医疗资源合理利用和全民健康的目标。

The “ Health China” Commonweal Exchange Program to Beijing Has Successfully Completed
The "Health China" Commonweal Exchange Program, supported by Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation(BHGF), co-organized by Health Commission of Guangdong province and Health Commission of Jiangxi province, undertaken by Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Peking University First Hospital, has been successfully held in Beijing from December 13th to 14th, 2019. Over 60 health administrative officers and hospital presidents from Guangdong and Jiangxi province joined the event.
Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Peking University First Hospital have carefully prepared study courses and site visits. Professor Lang Jinghe, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and director of gynaecology and obstetrics of Peking Union Medical College Hospital gave a wonderful sharing of "philosophy and humanistic cultivation of doctors".
On the opening ceremony, Zhang Wei, the president of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University,Yang Hongbo, vice president of Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University, as representatives of two provincial exchange groups to deliver speech, expressed their gratitude respectively to provincial health administrative departments, Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Peking University First Hospital, of organizing the event. It was hoped that this charity event would strengthen communication and exchange with high-level counterparts through this public welfare exchange activity, and further developed working ideas and horizons by learning management experience.
Ms. Chen Ran, Chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), mentioned in her speech that BHGF, as a charitable organization officially approved by Ministry of Civil Affairs, has been always committed to build a “Health China” commonweal exchange platform, help more hospitals develop together in terms of talent training and discipline construction, benefit local people with the first-class medical service. Ms. Chen was particularly grateful to Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Peking University First Hospital as the representatives of domestic outstanding hospitals of their great efforts and responsibilities by providing unselfish supports and helping with medical colleagues from various provinces.
The “Health China” hospital management public welfare exchange activity respectively exchanged the topics on "Make the Party Building Deep and Real, Cast the Union Medical Soul", "the Practice of Hospital Operation and Performance Management Under New Situation", "Training and Development of Union Staff ", "Union’s Medical Quality and Safety", "The Construction of the Union’s Nursing Model", "the Story of Medical Case in Union, "dribs and drabs little things in Hospital Pharmacy Management," "The Medical Innovation of Young doctors in Experience and Practice ," "Informatics Technology Empowers the Operation and Management of Modern Hospital", "Experience Sharing of the Management in Residential Training Base", "Clinical Pharmacy Discipline Construction", "The Sharing of Characteristics in Infection Control of The Peking University Hospital," "High Level Medical Education Helps the Hospital’s Development", "Teaching Performance Management and Teacher’s Development" and so on. Peking Union Medical College Hospital also organized participates to visit the school history Museum and medical records exhibition, make people feel the history and cultural accumulation of Peking Union Medical College Hospital in the past hundred years.
Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation launched the "Health China" hospital management public welfare exchange project, which aims to strengthen the exchange between hospitals through site visits, quality courses and experience shares, with the help of the domestic first-class large-scale hospitals in hospital development, discipline construction, scientific research & teaching and personnel training and other successful ideas and experience to improve the level of public hospitals’ development, promote the development of primary hospitals in various places, promote the construction of medical association and the implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment, in order to achieve the goal of rational utilization of medical resources and universal health.
