北京华通国康公益基金会与中华护理学会签署战略合作协议

2019年12月19日上午，北京华通国康公益基金会与中华护理学会举行了战略合作签署仪式。中华护理学会吴欣娟理事长、应岚秘书长，北京华通国康公益基金会陈冉理事长及相关负责人参加了签约活动和工作座谈。

 签约仪式由中华护理学会秘书长应岚主持，中华护理学会吴欣娟理事长致辞并介绍了中华护理学会的发展情况。吴欣娟理事长表示，此次战略合作协议的签署对中华护理学会具有重要意义，这将使中华护理学会继续扩大国际交流的通道，建立对外合作之路。今后学会将充分利用北京华通国康公益基金会的优质国际资源和公益性平台，瞄准国际高水平护理人才培养建设路径，通过与国际知名医疗机构的深入合作与交流，将国内外知名护理专家“请进来”，把医院优秀护理骨干“送出去”，全面提升我国护理人才临床技能、科研水平、管理和创新能力。

 北京华通国康公益基金会陈冉理事长介绍了公益基金会的基本情况及以及开展的护理人才培养项目。基金会成立以来，一直致力于搭建国际合作交流高端平台，宗旨是搭建国内外公益交流活动来促进我国医疗卫生事业发展、为我国培养出医疗水平的医学人才、加强学科建设和医院内涵提升，让百姓在当地能享受到良好的医疗服务。希望此次战略合作协议的签署，更好地助力中华护理学会在护理人才培养、学科建设、科研合作、学术交流等方面工作进展。 俗话说“三分治疗七分护理” ，护理人才的重要性不言而喻，相信此次合作不仅仅会帮助国内各级医疗机构，同时将会惠及广大患者。

 北京华通国康公益基金会作为国家正式批准的公益慈善组织，充分发挥资源优势和平台公益性，搭建“送出去、请进来”双向交流平台，为医院发展和医护人员成长提供持续性帮助。同时，积极参与扶贫济困的公益项目，为当地百姓健康保驾护航。

 中华护理学会作为中国科学技术协会（以下简称中国科协）所属全国性学会之一，受中国科协和国家卫生部双重领导，其总会设在北京。全国三十一个省、市、自治区和香港、澳门特别行政区均设有地方护理学会。学会的宗旨是：遵守国家宪法、法律和法规，执行国家发展护理科技事业的方针和政策。崇尚护理道德，坚持民主办会原则，提高护理科技工作者的业务水平，促进护理学科的繁荣和发展，充分发扬学术民主，依法维护护理工作者的合法权益。

Beijing Huantong Guokang Foundation and Chinese Nursing Association Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement

In the morning of December 19, 2019, Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation and the Chinese Nursing Association held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Chairman Wu Xinjuan and Secretary-General Ying Lan of the Chinese Nursing Association, Chairman Chen Ran of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation and related principals attended the signing activities and work seminars.

The signing ceremony was hosted by Ying Lan, the Secretary General of Chinese Nursing Association. Wu Xinjuan, the Chairman of Chinese Nursing Association gave a speech and introduced the development of Chinese Nursing Association. Chairman Wu Xinjuan expressed that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement is of great significance to Chinese Nursing Association, which will enable the Chinese Nursing Association to continue to expand the channel of international exchanges and establish a road of foreign cooperation. In the future, the association will make full use of the high-quality international resources and the public welfare platform of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, aiming at the path of nursing talent training and construction with international high-level,  "inviting in" well-known nursing experts at home and abroad, and "sending out" excellent nursing talents from the hospital through in-depth cooperation and exchanges with internationally renowned medical institutions, comprehensively improving the clinical skills, scientific research level, management and innovation capabilities of nursing professionals in China.

Chairman Chen Ran of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation introduced the basic situation of the foundation and its nursing talents training project. Since the foundation was established, it has been committed to building a high-end international cooperation and exchange platform. The purpose was to promote the development of China's medical and health undertakings, train first-class medical talents for our country, strengthen discipline construction and enhance hospital connotation by set up domestic and foreign public welfare exchange activities, so that people can enjoy first-class medical services locally. It is hoped that the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will better assist the Chinese Nursing Association in the progress of nursing talent training, discipline construction, scientific research cooperation, and academic exchanges. As the saying goes, “Thirty percent of the treatment with seventy percent of nursing”, the importance of nursing talents is self-evident. It is believed that this cooperation will not only help domestic medical institutions at all levels, but also benefit the majority of patients.

Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, as a state-approved public welfare charity organization, makes full use of its resource advantages and platform publicity to build a two-way communication platform of "send out, invite in" to provide continuous assistance for hospital development and the growth of medical staff. At the same time, it actively participates in public welfare projects to help the poor and escort the health of local people.

The Chinese Nursing Association, as one of the national associations of China Association for Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as CAST), is under the leadership of CAST and the Ministry of Health, its headquarters is located in Beijing. There are local nursing association in 31 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, and Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions . The goal of the association is to abide by  the national constitution, laws and regulations, and implement the national guidelines and policies for the development of nursing science and technology, to advocate nursing ethics and adhere to the principle of democratic association, to improve workers’ professional level of nursing science and technology and promote the prosperity and development of nursing disciplines, to fully promote academic democracy and protect the legitimate rights and interests of nursing workers in accordance with law.
