开班仪式上, 中日友好医院崔勇副院长和北京华通国康公益基金会陈冉理事长分别进行致辞。自 2016 年以来，中日友好医院开始全面推行主诊医师负责制，通过推行主诊医师制、全院床位统 一调配、护理垂直管理、建立基于医疗水平和成本绩效薪酬体系等四项主要举措，进一步明确和理顺了各级医务人员的责、权、利，建立起职责清、效率高、赏罚明的现代医院管理体系，积累了宝贵的、可复制的管理经验。
本次培训以现场授课为主，由中日友好医院的专家团队分别就主诊医师负责制及管理办法解读、护理垂直管理、主诊医师制度下的绩效管理体系、床位统一调配实践经验， DRG 支付来临前的运营管理、精益管理医疗质量体系学习、案例分析等进行分享，同时实地参访中日友好医院。
Attending in Charge & lean operation management training project was successfully completed
In order to help the hospital improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment, improve the enthusiasm of medical staff, and establish a competitive and dynamic operation mechanism, Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation and China-Japan Friendship Hospital jointly organized a training course on "Attending in Charge & Lean Operation Management of the Hospital" from June 19 to 20, 2021.
At the opening ceremony, Cui Yong, vice president of China-Japan Friendship Hospital and Chen Ran, president of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation delivered speeches respectively. Since 2016, China-Japan Friendship Hospital has started to comprehensively implement the responsibility system of attending physicians. Through the implementation of the attending physician system, the uniform allocation of beds, vertical management of nursing, and the establishment of salary system based on medical level and cost performance, it further clarified and rationalized the responsibilities, rights and interests of medical personnel at all levels, and established a modern hospital management system with clear responsibilities, high efficiency and distinct rewards and punishments, accumulating valuable and reproducible management experience.
At the training site, team of experts from the China-Japan friendship hospital gave their speeches themed on interpretation of the attending physician responsibility system and management measures, vertical nursing management, performance management system under the system of the attending physician, practical experience of the beds allocation, operational management before the arrival of DRG paying, lean management of healthcare quality system and so on. At the same time, the participants also visit the China-Japan Friendship Hospital on site.
The whole training course combined the actual operation with the theory of the hospital, which the participants felt very rewarding. They had discussions and expressed that this training was full of knowledge and highly operable, which was exactly lacked and needed in the current management of their own hospitals. After returning home, they would conscientiously learn from it and try to implement it as soon as possible.
