北京华通国康公益基金会与英国塔维斯托克波特曼精神卫生公立医院举行战略合作签约仪式

2018年10月22日，北京华通国康公益基金会（Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, BHGF）与英国塔维斯托克波特曼精神卫生公立医院（Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust），签署了战略合作协议。北京华通国康公益基金会陈冉理事长，英国塔维斯托克波特曼精神卫生公立医院主席Paul Burstow，执行总裁Paul Jenkins和教育培训部门主任Brian Rock 等出席了签约仪式。期间正在英国学习的BHGF第三期英国爱尔兰卫生体系学术交流项目全体学员出席并见证了签约仪式。

 英国塔维斯托克波特曼精神卫生公立医院主席Paul Burstow介绍了医院的发展与概况，执行总裁Paul Jenkins分享了医院目前所开展的工作，教育培训部门主任Brian Rock介绍了与北京华通国康公益基金会的合作情况。他们表示非常珍惜与北京华通国康公益基金会合作的机会，希望今后继续加强与中国医院在精神卫生领域方面的持续性交流，共同为两国医学发展努力。陈冉理事长表示北京华通国康公益基金会旨在通过搭建国际交流合作公益性平台，助力中国医院学科建设和人才培养，未来双方将共同加强中英两国在精神卫生领域交流、人才培养及科研探讨，帮助中英两国精神卫生领域医疗机构建立多层次的合作关系。随后北京华通国康公益基金会与英国塔维斯托克波特曼精神卫生公立医院共同签署了战略合作协议。

英国塔维斯托克波特曼精神卫生公立医院是一家拥有百年历史的世界顶尖心理治疗机构，是集临床心理治疗、教学和科研为一体的专业学术机构。教学培训工作是塔维斯托克中心临床工作的一个重要组成部分。Tavistock 堪称心理治疗发展的世界中心，更是精神分析流派的心理咨询师的朝拜圣地。如雷贯耳的弗洛伊德（精神分析学派创始人），荣格（分析心理学派创始人），克莱因（客体关系理论之母），温尼科特等一批精神分析史上重要人物均出自该中心。精神分析师，鲍尔比（依恋理论创始人），比昂（客体关系理论代表人物），巴林特（客体关系理论代表人物）等也曾在Tavistock中心工作过。他们给Tavistock中心留下了丰厚的理论遗产和临床经验。

The strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony between Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) and the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust

 On October 22, 2018, Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. Chen Ran, Chairman of the Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, Paul Burstow, Chair of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, Paul Jenkins, Chief Executive Officer and Brian Rock, Director of Education & Training Department, attended the signing ceremony. All participants of BHGF the 3rd cohort of Healthcare System Academic Exchange Programme in UK &Ireland who are studying in the UK during the period, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

  Paul Burstow, Chairman of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, introduced the development and overview of the hospital. Paul Jenkins, CEO, shared the current work of the hospital. Brian Rock, Director of Education & Training Department, introduced the cooperation with Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation. They expressed their great cherished opportunities to cooperate with Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation and hoped to continue to strengthen continuous exchanges with Chinese hospitals in the field of mental health in the future. Chairman Chen Ran said that the Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation aims to help hospitals of China discipline construction and personnel training by establishing an international exchange and cooperation public welfare platform. In the future, both parties will jointly strengthen cooperation in the field of mental health exchanges, personnel training, scientific research and other aspects to help establish multi-level cooperation for the medical institutions in the field of mental health in China and the United Kingdom. Subsequently, the Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation and the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

  The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust is a world-class psychotherapy institution with a history of 100 years. It is a professional academic institution integrating clinical psychotherapy, teaching and scientific research. Teaching and training is an important part of the clinical work of the Tavistock Center. Tavistock is the world's center for the development of psychotherapy, and it is the pilgrimage site for psychoanalysts of psychoanalytic schools. Such as the Freud (the founder of psychoanalytic school), Jung (founder of the analytical psychology), Klein (the mother of the theory of object relations), Winnicott and other important figures in the history of psychoanalysis are from the center. Well-known psychoanalyst, Bowlby (founder of attachment theory), Bion (representative of object relationship theory), and Balint (representative of object relationship theory) also worked at the Tavistock Center. They left the Tavistock Center with a rich theoretical heritage and clinical experience.
