2021年第二期“健康中国”医院管理高质量发展 公益项目在上海顺利完成

2021年7月24日-25日，由北京华通国康公益基金会、上海健康医学院共同组织的2021年第二期“健康中国”医院管理高质量发展公益项目在上海顺利举行，来自于海南、湖北、重庆、上海等卫健委和各级医院领导近80人参加。

北京华通国康公益基金会理事长陈冉和上海健康医学院党委副书记、副校长唐红梅作开班致辞，开幕式由上海健康医学院继教学院副院长姚谷芳主持。

北京华通国康公益基金会陈冉理事长在致辞中提到，基金会一直致力于搭建“健康中国”公益交流平台，通过国内医院和专家团队分享管理经验，帮助到更多医院共同发展进步，让老百姓在当地能享受到高质量的医疗服务。上海健康医学院副书记、副校长唐红梅对各位领导和学员到来及关心表示欢迎和感谢。她指出，为医疗卫生行业培养高质量紧缺型人才是学校的初心和使命，践行“健康中国”战略目标，助力医院管理高质量发展，讲好“健康上海”故事责任和担当，希望能建立长效学习机制，互相交流、切磋琢磨，共同为我国的医疗卫生事业发展贡献力量。

本次培训班特邀复旦大学医院管理研究所所长高解春、同济大学附属第十人民医院院长秦环龙、上海市儿童医院院长于广军、上海申康医院发展中心副书记方秉华、上海市第一人民医院临床医学院副院长、教育处长刘玮进行了精彩授课。高解春所长以“医院高质量发展形势下学科建设和多维评估”为主题展开培训，介绍了医院发展趋势、基本发展战略及学科建设；秦环龙院长结合上海市医疗建设发展路径，讲述了新形势下促进公立医院转型发展的实践与思考。于广军院长介绍了智慧医院建设与医联工程；方秉华副书记详细阐述了如何加强公立医院党的建设，从而促进医院高质量发展。刘玮副院长介绍了上海临床教学创新培训与管理。学员们收益良多，积极参与提问交流。

7月25日上午，实地参访了上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院。陈尔真副院长热情接待并做了欢迎致辞，医务一处高卫益处长围绕瑞金医院管理特色与发展进行了主题报告。大家参观了医院信息化管理的“心脏”—指挥舱，零距离体验专业化、精细化、现代化医院管理“最佳模式”。

推动公立医院高质量发展，坚持基本医疗卫生事业公益性，以健全现代医院管理制度为目标，强化体系创新、技术创新、模式创新，是健康中国战略的重要组成部分。北京华通国康公益基金会致力于搭建一个持续性的交流平台，切实为推进公立医院高质量发展，输出行业内医院管理的优秀成果与经验，为健康中国的发展建言献策发挥积极作用。

The Second Public Program for “Healthy China” Hospital Management High-quality Development of 2021 was successfully completed in Shanghai

From July 24th to 25th, 2021, The Second Public Program for “Healthy China” Hospital Management High-quality Development of 2021 jointly organized by Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation and Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences was successfully held in Shanghai. Nearly 80 people from Hainan, Hubei, Chongqing, Shanghai and other health committees and hospitals at all levels participated.

Chen Ran, Chairman of the Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, and Tang Hongmei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences, made opening speeches. The opening ceremony was hosted by Yao Gufang, Deputy Dean of the School of Further Education, Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Chen Ran, Chairman of the Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, mentioned in her speech that the foundation has been committed to building a "Healthy China" public exchange platform, sharing management experience through domestic first-class hospitals and expert teams, and helping more hospitals to develop together, allowing the common people to enjoy high-quality medical services in the local area. Tang Hongmei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shanghai University of Medicine, expressed welcome and thanks to all leaders and participants for their visit and concern. She pointed out that it is the university’s original intention and mission to train high-quality and scarce talents for the medical and health industry. It implements the strategic goal of "Healthy China", promotes the high-quality development of hospital management, and tells the story of "Healthy Shanghai". It is hoped that there will be a long-term learning mechanism, mutual exchanges and consultations, which will jointly contribute to the development of our country's medical and health services.

This training program invited Gao Jiechun, Director of Hospital Management Institute,Fudan University, Qin Huanlong, President of the Tenth People's Hospital of Tongji University, Yu Guangjun, President of Children's Hospital of Shanghai, Fang Binghua, Deputy Secretary of Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center, and Liu Wei, Deputy President of the Clinical Medical School of Shanghai General Hospital, and Director of the Education Department, gave a wonderful lecture. Director Gao Jiechun carried out training with the theme of "Disciplinary Construction and Multi-Dimensional Evaluation under the Situation of High-Quality Hospital Development" and introduced the development trend, basic development strategy and discipline construction of the hospital; President Qin Huanlong described the development path of Shanghai's medical construction practice and thinking on promoting the transformation and development of public hospitals under the new situation. President Yu Guangjun introduced the construction of smart hospitals and the medical union project; Deputy Secretary Fang Binghua elaborated on how to strengthen the party building of public hospitals to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.Deputy President Liu Wei introduced the innovative training and management of clinical teaching in Shanghai. The participants benefited a lot and actively participated in questioning and exchanges.

On the morning of July 25th, we visited Ruijin Hospital Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. Deputy President Chen Erzhen warmly received the participants and gave a welcome speech. Gao Weiyi, Chief Health Officer of the First Department of Medical Affairs gave a keynote report on the management characteristics and development of Ruijin Hospital. Everyone visited the "heart" of the hospital's information management-the command cabin, and experienced in person the "best mode" of professional, refined, and modern hospital management.

Promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals, adhering to the public welfare of basic medical and health undertakings, aiming at improving the modern hospital management system, and strengthening system innovation, technological innovation, and model innovation are important parts of the Healthy China strategy.
